Title: FD auto counter weights no longer being made

After ordering myself a new counter weight from Clive the other day he told me that they are no longer being made. So if people\'s future plans are for an aftermarket clutch with lightened flywheel I would set about getting one now. There are second hand ones around but I always prefer to get new counter weights.

I just threw an auto counter weight on the scrap pile, should i retrieve this quickly??

I would. Brand new they\'re £140. But if it\'s knackered I wouldn\'t bother.

I think some aftermarket kits come with a flywheel weight, so even if you can\'t buy them direct from Mazda, you might be able to buy them \'new\' but from an after market supplier.
