I drink Stella because it makes me feel great.
And when I can\'t drink no more it\'s brandy and Coke :)
Diet Coke. Because i like it

Slightly slower than my liver haha
How do you figure that out?

That\'s an old urban myth. Saw it on myth busters.
I drink water, because I\'m a sad person that doesn\'t like taste of lager.
I like regular Pepsi and orange fanta, it\'s possible I drink to much Pepsi but on a hot day some cold Pepsi with ice is just so refreshing. Not big on alcohol, I drink vodka and orange if I am drinking or I admit I like c0cktails but only 5* hotel standard ones. I\'m with Monkhouse I don\'t like taste of beer.
I\'m with steve, stella.
Alternatively vodka an coke (the full fat coke)
Gotta drink people , else ya die lol
All within limits and absolutely never when I know I will have to drive or work within 24hrs
A nice cider for me, more refreshing than beer, but sometimes a nice bottle of beer goes down a treat!
I like my real ales, so what I drink depends on what\'s available locally - like to try different things :)
For those times when the good stuff isn\'t available or when it\'s just too hot:
Pear Cider with Ice
Ginger Beer (both acloholic or not)
And when not drinking:
I love coffee - pretty much any type - but the better it is the better :cheers
Oh - and I do like a bit of sparkling Adams Ale from time to time :rollin
Red wine with good food. After a long walk a cold lager in summer and real ale in winter. :cheers:guinness
Any proper ales and local beers, used to drink in the hobgoblin all the time so have an affinity for the hobgoblin brewery. Like a lot if stuff from Monks Habit as well (skull crusher for preference)
And ginger beer :D
When I moved down South, years ago, I got to know the London area by having a pint :cheers in every Youngs pub at the time (145 of them) with a couple of mates. I remember how to get to lots of places, finding my way back can be a problem though :2Rolleyes
Water, coffee, squash. No alchohol. Doctors orders now. Seems I\'ve had my fill over the years.
I drink anything! :rollin :guinness
Actually that\'s not stricktly true - can\'t stand full fat cola, way too sweet and I don\'t like coffee.
Seriously for me it depends on the occasion. Nice glass (bottle) of wine with a meal, white, red or rose dependant on what I\'m eating - love champagne as well. Bitter shandy or dry cider is great if I\'m thursty and love c0cktails - from the 5 star hotel / Living Room type to good old TGI Friday\'s ultimates. I also like making c0cktails at home and I\'ve only recently discovered a liking for Jager bombs. :cheers
Neil\'s a larger man - loves a bit of Red Stripe if he can get it on draft but normally has Stella or Kronenbourg at home. He did go through a bit of a Magners phase but always goes back to the larger.
Iv never been a wine drinker but im told you need a pallet to drink it, i think too many bottles of stella destroyed that. :Giggle
I do like a change occasionally and dry cider like strongbow is my fav at the mo.
Although iv taken to mixing it with Stella 50/50, think they call it snakebite ?
Quote from: AMH;798399I drink anything! :rollin :guinness
.
Most women do, as long as they don\'t have to pay for it. ;) ;D
Quote from: jetpilot;798386A nice cider for me.
Sweet or dry ?
I may be making this up but sweet cider gives me a head ache after about 2 bottles, specially bulmers, yet stoungbow duznt ?
Jack Daniels and coke for me, although I do also like other bourbons and whiskeys :) Otherwise Pear Cider with ice.

too much fanta and you\'ll turn orange :p
That would be kinda cool though No? You\'ll look like that old \'tango\' advert!

Actually i dont mind any of them, bulmers, magners, strongbow etc I tried that Stella Cidre the other day, its different and not unpleasant!
Quote from: AMH;798399love champagne as well.
What is with ladies and champagne, they love it?
Tried Stella Cider and its way too sweet.
Havent tried pear cider yet but im going to guess its sweet as well ?

Even Strongbow is a bit too sweet for me - used to love Dry Blackthorn on draft in my youth. Also remember snakebites too! :eek

Too right. ;)
Quote from: jetpilot;798424What is with ladies and champagne, they love it?
I really like some bubbles so also enjoy sparkling wine like Blossom Hill sparkiling rose. Years ago I loved things like Asti and Babycham but they are way too sweet for me now. You can pick up a bottle of Lanson rose for under £20 so why not?
Actually Neil is partial to some champers too but he like the expensive brands.

Some aren\'t too bad - the Thachers (sp?) ones like \'Katy\' are quite nice.
Edit - actually Katy is cider I think, can\'t remember what the pear one was called but it was quite nice.

Ah a whiskey drinker, dont you have to have a lack to taste to drink that stuff Paul :rollin
Keep meaning to give that Crabbies ginger queer a go? Anyone tried it?
Quote from: jetpilot;798432Keep meaning to give that Crabbies ginger queer a go? Anyone tried it?
Is there an alcoholic version ?
All this talk of different drinks makes me want to stop off at the shops on the way home and buy a few bottles of exotic stuff :evillaugh
By exotic i mean anything other than stella larger :Giggle
I think Crabbies is alcoholic yes!
You don\'t want crabbies of any ginger queers mate. Well i know i wouln\'t but i guess i\'m only speaking for myself :Giggle

Yep it\'s alcoholic although I\'ve not tried it.
Talking of exotic we haven\'t covered alchopops. They didn\'t exist when I was a teenager - Hooch came out when I was a bit older. Again I used to love peach Bicardi breezers but they are way too sweet now. Don\'t mind the odd WKD blue but not too many.

Well me and 5 mates go out round town every Saturday night drinking larger but we decided to have a night drinking alcopops and nothing else.
we ended up drinking twice as many (easy to drink), spending twice as much( it aint cheap in town) and only half as drunk.
We wont be doing that again in a hurry :rollin

Jack is a lovely drink...mixed with coke it suits my sweet tooth :cheers

:Giggle and you probably needed a few fillings after all that sugar!
alchoholic ginger beer is well fine!
i really like irn-bru, coffee (only the fresh kind) i have a perculator at home and 1 at work too, for alchohol hmm vodka and red bull or coke, i really like white russians, baileys or when i was in jamaica on my hols a few years ago i come accross "sangsters jamaican rum cream" (it has my surname on it:Giggle) and i import that into the uk for myself and this is prob my favourite drink, if i drink lager which is prob just about anything, but too be honest i dont drink much alchohol on the whole
Quote from: AMH;798399...and I\'ve only recently discovered a liking for Jager bombs. :cheers
I discovered them recently too - actualy Lacey put me onto a good thing with the old Jager - stick the whole bottle in the freezer (not fridge) and then get a metal goblet or thick walled shot glass and after an hour or so, pour yourself a shot or two of the Hunter\'s schnapps - tastes so so much better than at room temperature :)
If anyone is hankering after some exotic tipple they had on holiday or at a party and can\'t find over here in the local shops - I bought my sis some honey rum from a site called drinksdirect - they seem to have pretty much everything available :cheers
Can anyone remember bottles of 20/20? Strong as hell, tasted like orange juice, awful orange juice that is.
I like to drink cider if I go out, pear coppeberg(sp) is lovely.
I drank mainly strongbow on a recent stag do in benidorm as one of my friends who past away recently always drank strongbow. Love the taste, goes down a treat when the suns blazing and with some ice in it to make the drink freezing.

Ah the good old days of drinking MadDog 20/20! I remember them vividly! Also Ravers was a similar drink. Didn\'t they sell it as fruity wine iirc?
I drink tea - white, no sugar - lots
The rx7 likes high octane fuel, think I need for it to go to rehab due to its drinking problem.

Quote from: jetpilot;798432Keep meaning to give that Crabbies ginger queer a go? Anyone tried it?
Yep - it\'s a good tipple - best served ice cold from the fridge - it\'s a good alternative to cider - but it is a little on the sweet side. It\'s got quite a beer / cider like appearance with a fairly stable head on it, and isn\'t too fiery. It\'s got a much more rounded flavour than the scottish alcoholic Ginger beer that Tesco\'s sell.
It\'s also gluten free so suitable for coleac\'s.
Nothing better than a nice fresh pot of coffee in a morning :D
also, can\'t beat a decent Port :D
I used to absolutely love Root Beer in MacDonalds, nothing seems quite as right with a Big Mac!
Oh now a Macky Dees is good with a milk shake, Problem is the brain freeze.
Quote from: Brett;798506also, can\'t beat a decent Port :D
A port in the morning ?
Brett you have a problem :Giggle
Im hooked on monster, its not even the effects of the caffeine, just the sweet sweet taste. Genuinely struggle to go a day without it!
As for alcohol, you cant beat a can of Reds!

What\'s ya day after the night before drink ?
Coke and orange for me today, about 2lt of it.
In no particular order...
Stella, tequila, JD and coke, absinthe (on occasion), magners/strongbow/kopperberg
I drink Stella because most other lagers are pish. If you\'re gonna do something, do it properly I say :)
graeme
only had absinthe once and i was poorly to say the least next morning.
