I have spoken to Royal Mail today with reference to the number you have given for sending me your lights as part of our arranged deal on the cwest lights!
They have no record of this number!
I have informed you twice of this via a post on the thread and text, you have replied once saying that is the number you have! I have asked for a photo of the postage receipt which has not been forthcoming.
I can only presume seeing as the lights have not turned up a week later and the receipt number is void (zw881639688gb via text) they have not been sent or there is an error with the number above you sent via text!
Please either:
a) return the cwest lights in the condition they arrived and i will refund you
b) provide me with a valid number to track/trace the item and photo proof of postage
c) make a payment to cover the purchase of a standard set of lights, say £75
Theres plenty of options there, i am not being unreasonable, i explained the situation with regard to my mot retest and the haste to which i needed the standard lights back and sent you my cwest in good faith (even offered a full refund to your concern about the milky area), subsequently i now have to pay for another mot @ £40 so already out of pocket on the deal!
Please respond asap!

On a serious note - I hope you get it sorted out dude, What was the deal and how did money get exchanged?
Deal was, cwest lights for x "£" and standard pop ups on an exchange basis.
did you pay out? - if so how did you pay out? also have you considered involving the police?
No, he paid for the cwest (paypal) and was supposed to forward his pop ups as part of the deal!

I appreciate your thoughts dude but just hope the deal is completed as per agreed without unnecessary time and grief and a thread full of options.
The options at this time are simple as stated in the original post.
If the deal cannot be completed asap as agreed i will consider my alternate options to recover the missing pop ups or cash settlement to get another set and perhaps open this up to future advise!

There does seem to be a lot of unnecessary agro turning up lately. Hope you get it sorted soon mate, if it doesn\'t, involve the small claims court, a CCJ is usually enough to get people\'s A into G.
