Title: Help !!
Post by: nc30pete on September 26, 2011, 08:22:06 PM
As I\'m running single turby on my cappuccino /Rex hybrid and using a power fc will I need to plug these terminals in ? Btw my Rex loom is a 92/3 spec BUT I accidentally bought a 96 power fc so I have soldered a later spec loom onto my existing loom as the terminal pins are and I mean a midge different which stops u just using the later plugs . The terminal nos are ;
4f,4m,4n,4o,4p,4r,4s,4t,4u and 4v? Are they just the twin turbo solenoid valves?

Also 3o dbl throttle solenoid, that has no piping into the throttle area so I presume that\'s not needed? The other terminals I\'m not sure about needing are 3h,3k,3n and 3p

I\'m not sure !

Hi Pete,

Sorry I can only suggest putting an ad for a 96-98 loom in our wanted section  or ringing around to people like Tim @ RX-Motors

Eh ? U lost me sir :-)

I have already got a later loom and it\'s soldered onto my old loom and most terminals are put into the connectors, what I wanted to know was if the terminal numbers I stated ( those nos are quoted from the earlier loom specs ) are needed to be connected to the power fc . Still grateful for ur quick reply tho !

3o as long as there is nothing connected to it it will stay open, just don\'t give the car full throttle till its heated up as that\'s what the double throttle prevents.
The rest are all for twin turbo control, except 4o,4p egr/aws they were only on UK cars,
3h purge control is for sucking fumes out your petrol tank for emissions so wouldn\'t worry about that.
