We did one a couple of years ago. - I did a collage of the same colour cars for each month.
how about we do one for either events attended as in stand pics or cars that have won prizes at events?

We try and do "something" each Christmas,
Providing we find enough pictures I thnk your prompting could well see another this year :D
skylineowners.com have a good system i think where each member can submit a maximum of 2 photos, then the final 12 chosen by the mods (i think).

We maybe will sort something whereby whoever submits a pic gets it included, even if only a small pic is included
Yeah I think the whole collage idea was to get as many members cars as possible in, the pages looked like this.
I\'m happy to do something simiar if we have enough photos, johnf did the layouts.

The colour-coded calendar that Ann and John F designed was ace. Certainly wouldn\'t mond a new version of that one.
On RX-7 club they let people submit a couple of pics and then the members vote on them, might be a way of including people in the process but avoiding the inevitable accusations of bias that may arise from the method Simaroon described. Obviously, moderators would still have an input, by voting on the poll like everyone else lol
I\'d be up for one if it gets sorted. Have taken one or 2 pictures this year at shows so might have some that could be used :)

BTW Just so we are clear, here\'s a quick reality check, Full Mazdarotaryclub members receive this for free at Christmas and then we would put these on sale later because without our members financial support there would be no MRC and we would not even be considering this due to the financial outlay.

p.s. you may or may not know that after going to Sevenstock a couple of years ago I now know that collectively you all have the best cars, so your going to make a great calender :King

I\'ve just been discussing with Clive - didn\'t want to limit it if people have lots of good shots, especially ones at shows etc which often have lots of cars in one shot.

Yeah, Photobucket but I tend to save them at a lower resolution there due to the fact otherwise it falls over dead. I think their own compression factor is fairly hostile to overall quality, too. I guess if the calendar\'s going to be a montage thing again rather than like one car a month that wouldn\'t matter too much though? You\'re welcome to a load of links to my photobucket albums if you wanna wade through them for anything useful lol

ok so where do i put pics, where and when?
any more news on this :) ?
How about spliting it into seasonal shots too eg. Winter shots have snow, ice shots etc you get the point and then you can split into 4 threads for the seasons and have the top 4 go to a vote going in. Plus this makes good viewing throughout the year (matching the calandar to what\'s going on outside)
