Indeed, our cars don\'t have tiny rubbish coil packs, our cars have drive shafts that don\'t snap, have more space in the engine bay, have a bonnet scoop AND have bigger popups

Considering he\'s been offered the majority of the parts FOR FREE I\'m going with option 2, since it\'s the most sensible, the cheapest, and means a cab isn\'t going to get broken in the process.

Oh, and did I mention FOR FREE?!?!

Rust is an excuse for lazy gits that won\'t put time into there car to repare it.

A classic car is something that has been preserved to somewhat of a condition that it was out of the factory NOT A RUST BUCKET. hehehe

I voted number 1, it\'s winter soon and te car will be off the road :p no point rushing in, just get the box removed ready for the new one to slot it :)....

Or

( not wanting to hi jack the thread) I\'ll be advertising mine with 10 months mot, 5 months tax in the next week, I\'d preffer it to stay here if possible so could do a deal ;)

However that said, I\'d want an auto FC and keep yours on the road :p

being blind.. "I\'ll be advertising mine with 10 months mot, 5 months tax"
i missed it also >.<

maybe shoud change topic thread to

"what should i do? find engine alone as hate to break a fc just for engine or break my fc n transfer everything to a nice cab? ^^
given my fc is just causing me lots of headache and not the best paint job and few other niggly bits n bob"

I was gonna port it yeah, for when i change the exahust system. It needs a new actuator as well i think once its ported, figured it would be easier to do it to one off the car and then fit it all together when i get my finger out and my cash sorted for a new exhaust.
