hi foke i need to get an answer to the question im about to ask!!
right whilst driving about in my fd....i noticed that the coolant light and the oil pressure lights were on at a dim brightness...but once i excelerated they stopped coming on and when i de-excelerated they came back on!! its a starnge one to me as i have never seen this before. its just started to happen since i filled up my tank!
dose anyone know why this is happening?

good answer i never even though of that!!! just checked all my other lights and its the same with them too!! well the battery one anyway!! thought it might be the rotors its self!! was worried for a bit then!!!
got a few things i need to get done too so maybe a few wee jobs are on the cards when its in getting the altenator changed oot done!!! hahaha

easy to replace, pay about 80 quid for a second hand one i think and it takes about 30 mins to replace the first time you do it.
As malice said nice easy job and there always alt for sale on the forums. i see your in Scotland, am from fife area so give me a shout if need a hand.

watch getting new ones i got 1 from dingbro and it had a pulley on it for a v belt as opposed to a serpentine one which is needed for the fd
