Hi everyone,
I have just realised that I have a spare OEM oil cooler, for better oil cooling would it be an idea to stack them together to increase the oil cooling on the engine? I think they are thermostatic, but they should both open at the same time allowing flow through both? Unless I get a massive Y connector lol
Would that be a good idea? I think the OEM oil cooler on the FC is good for about 500bhp, so would be at full strain on my car, saying that it wouldn\'t be a sustained high power so might be ok?
I don\'t know about stacking, but i\'ve seen 2 oil coolers re-located to the brake ducts in the bumber?

Worth thinking about :)
Yeah, I was going to do that as I was looking at getting some FD type R twin coolers, I would need to get a pair of Mocals if I was going to do that, but I doubt the area for both of those coolers and how thin they are would even be as good as the OEM FC cooler.
Looks like that guy wanted to make sure that he only got cool air into his V mount setup, which is good, however you could have just mounted the oil cooler in the \'nose\' of the bumper and cut a few slits meaning that you wouldn\'t loose any brake cooling or have issues with stones smashing up the coolers, plus that bumper has been heavily modifed and its only using about 70% surface area of those coolers!
v-mount the 2 oil coolers ehhe
I was thinking about flat mounting the oil cooler
