Personally never had a problem with them - what car is the bumper for ?

Some parts (such as FC parts) are getting harder to find and source and are on silly back order times from Mazda if it\'s an orignal part.

Yeah I think Paypal is 60 days. Have they given a reason why its still with the courier and no tracking number? If not I would send a letter (Recorded Post) to Rotary Art explaining in detail from start to finish how you\'ve been fobbed off and that you want your money back. State you will give them 7 days from receipt of the letter to refund your money or you will take legal action. Wait the stated time, if no joy still just fill out a Small Claims Form online. Quite straight forward and very effective  www.moneyclaim.gov.uk (http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk)

never had a problem with Rotaryart...

90% of the time these things are down to miscommunication.

It\'s a bn sports front bumper and I when I first ordered it I was told
I would have it in a month or so as it\'s being made at a factory for me but now I\'m told it\'s on the way and never receive anymore information other than I called ep racing ordered one from them explained the situation I had and they told me
Rotary art had called about one and never ordered it so I have a new bumper and would still like a spare one but I\'m getting the feeling rotary art is not a company it\'s one guy in his bedroom ordering parts from places when you order them and has now spent my money and cannot find a bumper anywhere

Getting a little hacked off tbh not so much at the fact I have no bumper yet amoretti the fact I just keep getting the run around and empty promises of I\'ll check and call you back

for info , Gary Marks owns Rotaryart and owns the rotary garage Rotechniks and employs people, so not a one man band in his bedroom.
Why dont you give Gary a ring to find out where your order is at his garage
tel number found here

I have called Gary and spoken too him s number of times and also emailed him I never receive a reply too emails but when speaking too him he seems too give me the runaround somewhat

It\'s good too know that they are a proper company and I never knew they were rorechnics so I feel somewhat more content now in knowing my bumper should arrive now I would happily forget the bumper and have him send me some skirts instead as mine are fair beaten up now but nevermind fingers crossed it arrives soon
