firstly you need a site to store your pictures such as :
http://www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com)
1 - create a account ( fill out all relevant info boxes)

2 - click on the upload now button
(http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q296/needham1982/uploadbutton.png)
3 - click on the select photos and videos button
(http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q296/needham1982/uploadfrompc.png)
4 - find and select the pictures you wish to upload
(http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q296/needham1982/selectpic.png)
5 - then photobucket will upload these pictures
(http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q296/needham1982/rolloverpictoselect.png)
6 - roll over the picture you want to view onto a forum
then click on the IMG link and this will copy it onto your clipboard

7 - then go onto the forum message box and right click and paste
