well after the discussions earlier this year about which turbo i had as part of the 2nd hand kit i bought i did plenty of reading, i knew what i wanted to do but couldnt find the parts i needed. so i basicly had a small to4e with a .6 ar cold side. i had it all setup and ran it at japfest was giving me around 370 fwhp with great pick up but it ran out of puff at the top end.
after a load of hunting i tracked down a .7ar cold side complete so back plate,compressor wheel and housong for a to4s 60-1. i got it all fitted after a little persuasion with the chassis leg :) and today went to re worx to get the setup checked on the rollers. im very happy with the results and think all the reading up and searching for the bits has all been worth while

the good thing is compared to the to4e this to4s hybrid spins up and gets boost exactley the same as the to4e did but produced more power sooner and holds a higher peak power with a very nice curve. all this running 4x850 injectors only running 85% duty with an excellent fueling graph for this power.
to say im a happy bunny is an understatement and all i can say is if you have a good mechanicle brain dont be scared of turbos just do plenty of reading all the info is out there you just have to find it. :D:D:D:D
If I didn\'t know that was on a turbo engine I could easily believe it was a large capacity NA maybe with a cam. So looks very driveable from the graph.
