Title: No start, then start.... confused
Post by: Kenji on July 09, 2011, 10:55:43 AM
yesterday something weird came up with my FD.

I got in the car, put the key in the ignition (beeping sound), then switched to ACC.
I heard the regular sound of clicking relais and such, and went on to turn the engine over.
Nothing. Just one click then nothing. Even the "hey your key is in the ignition" beep wasn\'t sounding.
I took the key out, opened the bonnet. I opened the small fusebox attached to the battery\'s + terminal. All fuses looked okay.
I checked the other underbonnet fusebox. Nothing wrong there too.

I walked around again, put the key in the ignition again and the beep was back, and started the car normally.....

I hope she doesn\'t do that anymore, as it\'s worrying me.

Anyone have a guess of what it could\'ve been?

Bad connection on the battery perhaps?

Mine done that and it was because it was a bad connection on the battery so changed the live terminal.
