Title: AST position ???

after fitting a FMIC i have to re-fit the AST.

is there a certain height to fit it
i.e. should it be level with the coolant cap or a couple of inches lower
or does it not matter

It should be slightly lower than the normal filler neck

mine\'s a tad higher than the filler cap. i think as long as the coolant level in the AST is above the lower horizontal outlet you\'re fine.
