As the title says Rotorstock is nearly upon us again which between you all with your great cars collectively Rotorstock make the largest Rotary event in Europe and have done for many years, something each and every one of you should be proud of :D.
This year will see not only lots of our Rotaries competing in the Jap Drag Series http://www.japdragseries.co.uk/academy.php but also a special Jap Academy event at Rotorstock which will give the more experienced at Run What You Brung a chance to step up to the plate and actually compete for their very first time for no more cost than a normal event :yes.
We will also be running the Sprint Circuit which proved so popular last year which allows normal cars that are not Drag, Drift or Race cars to get out there and get their own share of Rotorstock fun :Party.
Remember to tell all your mates out there across the many Japanese club forums that Rotorstock 8 is designed to have something for anyone owning a Japanese car, no matter what the make, so on top of all the great stuff that already going on we also have Drifting, Run What You Brung as well as a proper Show and Shine event, indeed we defy any Japanese car enthusiast to say that there is nothing to interest them at Rotorstock 8!! :burnout
Don’t forget that as with every year if you don’t attend and we don’t bring enough people through the gate there may not be another, as this has to be viable for Santa Pod to stage this event on behalf of Mazdarotaryclub so please not only attend but promote Rotorstock out there on as many forums as you can :Thumbsup!.

Hi you do not need a stand pass, if you still have your car by the time of Rotorstock just turn up on the day and park on the "Rotary" car club stand.

LOL We are going to bring the BBQ that we brought to beaulieu as we never used it!!! and also some chairs

Is anyone else having trouble with the club shop? I couldn\'t get logged on using my ussal log in and it wouldn\'t let me request a passsword to my email address (incase I was using the wrong one). Also it wouldn\'t let me select a weekend ticket in the drop down box thingy.

I had to re register with the shop then it was fine.
James you could sleep in your boot, but only if you slept verticality by standing up in that cubby hole in the side that is called a boot lol
Also Tiddles to select a weekend ticket I had to click on rotorstock 8 in the club shop, then click where it said rotorstock 8 tickets, then scroll down on the page it has just opened and there will be a drop down box and then you can select what type of ticket you want. :)
am thinking maybe it wont work hehehe

If people will be collecting their tickets at Santa Pod as per http://www.rotaryshop.co.uk/brotorstock-8-ticketsb-1683-p.asp then the latest cut off will be probaly around the 16th August.
It will depend whether I have tickets still or whether I need to order more.

As for all previous seven Rotorstock events, there will be just one united "Rotary" stand just for the one day of the year.
You can fly your own flag or banner of your chosen Rotary club within the Rotary stand.

If you go in to the rotorstock bit in the shop, click on rotorstock 8 tickets that is left to the price, then there is a ticket option in a drop down box if you scroll down. :Thumbs-up
