I\'ve only seen 2 fd convertibles both of which are in Japan. sadly.
 
Is there anyone in the UK who has done this??
 
Just interested in doing this myself and what would would be needed?

Only ever seen one personally which was on speedhunters a while ago from 7\'s day;

really dont like the front of that at all it looks way too much like a 911

Dont know of anyone who\'s done one in this country. It would be a lot of custom work to get it done, Chassis strenghtening, bodywork panels and then maybe a removeable roof section (just thinking of the weather we have :p)

I could be wrong but I think you have to fit a roll bar if it was built after a certain date.
Best check up on that first as that would ruin the look.

Yea, agree, a roll bar would ruin the look.... but roll hoops like they use on the MX5\'s & TT\'s would look the dogs!
