should i be able to pull the neck out off the white water bottle behind the drivers side light, my car over heated and water came out off the filler neck at the bottom. looks like its just tape around it :confused:
I\'m thinking not... and overheating = bad times.
I think that\'s just a washer bottle. The necks just sit in a foamy rubber collar in the top of the bottle, and the neck has a bolt to attach it to the body work - suprisingly often missing.
that bottle says "engine coolant only" on it
Don\'t worry the neck is only a push fit into the bottle so it will just push back in ,
Do you know why it overheated
no clive only seens to do it when i turn my turbos on and when i turn it off sounds like a kettle and the water comes out off the bottom neck off the white bottle
