Also bear in mind your timing and torrenton bearings. Maybe best to seek some professional assistance

first of all there is no timing that you can mess up with this pully. THe new one should obly fit one way round as there are two little spiggots that go through all pullys that allign to the pully and bolt holes.

Use the centre nut to hole the pully as the torque on that is far higher than the 4 10mm nuts.

slacken the belts off first though.

do not remove the centre nut.

just hold it with a ratchet and undo the 4 bolts around it

keep the belts on to hold the pulley while you crack the nuts, then slacken off the belts to undo them all the way and get the pulley off.

cut your existing belt down to the right size and take it to your local parts shop for a new one.

So before removing the original pulley the OP needs to turn his engine clockwise until the first marker comes round on the pulley. Then align it with the timing pin. Then he needs to carefully remove the pulley, trial fit the new one, then remove it and carefully mark it in the correct spot with a hacksaw or permanent marker of some sort. If he doesn\'t do this timing will be lost will it not?

Hey gavin, seems you may have been sent out the underdrive race Bottom pulley by mistake, as that belt should fit! So please send that one back and we\'ll send out a stock size one and refund your postage, or keep the underdrive one and remind me next time you buy something and i\'ll discount it for you, cheers.
