Title: Original FC alarm wiring
Post by: Dr Hoo on May 24, 2011, 10:57:02 PM
Hi all

I\'ve been having a trawl round the web to try and get a wiring diagram for the original factory fitted alarm on my TurboII and and haven\'t come up with much.

I\'ve read it\'s either made by "Finishline" or "Laserline" alarms, but that\'s about it.

Anybody any ideas?

Thanks

There were some posts about it , but it was decided to remove such posts ... we wouldnt want the information to fall into the wrong hands and cars being stolen

BUT

i think mine on the coupe was finishline , and stopped working eventually .. so if yours still works , im shocked

i think there are ways to test the alarm , but i have to admit - im not 100% sure how ?

They are made by laserline. The alarms were fitted by the UK dealers IIRC.

Laserline has ling since gone out if business, but you might get some joy if any of the old hands are still working at T W Whites Mazda in Milford.

Thanks gents

I see where you are comming from with the security issue.

I\'ll just have to do a bit of reverse engineering :)

Many thanks
