I\'m off for a long weekend at the Ring soon and want to make sure fuel delivery is a non-issue. Can you reccomend a good 255l/h fuel pump or similar?
I don\'t want a GTR/Supra/Cosmo pump and preferably would like something JDM (not that I\'m a JDM snob or anything) or high build quality, dont mind spending the extra few quid as long as it\'s robust.
Looking at Denso, Sard and Bosch but I\'ve not had any experience other than cheapo Walbros.
WHy do you not want a Supra pump? Its made by Nippondenso, direct fit replacement for the stocker, and flows plenty... Is it just the price?
I understand what you\'re saying.
But I really want a good fuel pump with plenty of head room that is designed as a pump for sports/race use rather than a bigger pump off a stock car.
Have had far too many bad experiences with cheapo parts or the quick, cheap and easy routes.

Is that what you\'re using at the moment and how have you found it?
I have that as lift pump, flowing to a swirl pot then two external Bosch 044s.
Previously when just having that one pump it was fine up at least 400 plus rear wheel hp
The Bosch 044 can only flow on the flat can\'t they not actually lift the fuel in the first place?
I m using 044 Bosch in tank! Works great for me.

044 good value for money, easy to put in the tank and when in there arnt massively noisy
I have 044 in stock for £110+Delivery+VAT £144.60 to your door
Also running a 044 in tank.
Are the walbro 225\'s a bit crap then? Or ar they just not reliable for bigger power figures? (n00b)
Im running a Walbro, no issues here, although I will be running 2 of them when fitting the T88, but then again this T78 powered FD is running 4 x Bosch 044s - im getting worried that only 2 pumps is enough lol
