I\'ve asked myself this countless times and I can\'t think of a plausible answer. Why (if your going to include an FC RX) use an egi and not a Turbo II?
I know its a daft thread, but any ideas?
Because the EGi is probably the most underrated Rx... It\'s one of the few cars you can drive the wheels off all day, every day... So I\'m happy they finally got some recognition.
:)
Yes but were talking about need for speed here. The aim if the game is to go as fast as possible. Surely the TII would make 100% more sence? And in my opinion in stock form the bonnet, front bumper and rear lights look much better?
Actually just because it\'s called NEED FOR SPEED doesn\'t mean it\'s ALL about speed. Shift2 is actually closer to Forza than any other Need for Speed game, so it\'s not all about going fast, it\'s about having a car that can be both fast and have the control you\'re looking for. Not everything is about pure speed. :)
Yes I am well aware of that, but correct me if I\'m wrong... The suspension set up is also different on the TII to provide better handing than the egi models. I am very well aware what kind of game need for speed is I\'ve always preferred the racing sim games to the arcade ones since I was a small child. As mentioned in the previous post the main reason I would have expected the TII was because it is is a better all round car on the track than the ego and is arguably a better starting point.
Not a great deal in it for the UK versions
maybe because its the base model to build up upon and modify with the TII engine etc?
I guess my main problem with it was when you up grade it to \'works\' the egi lights just don\'t quite cut it out for me lol. And they the bonnet on the TII is very nice, even if once a fmic is included it becomes pointless, for me it adds asthtetic values.
