Title: relay clicking
Post by: wolfie1 on May 05, 2011, 08:52:59 AM
i have a relay in my fd that clicks away and is really doing my head in, i have worked out its the 1 to remind you to put your seat belts on, even when they are on it still clicks, i have tried disconnecting it but then the windows dont work but the clicking goes away, the windows go up and down and start and stop in tune with the clicking when operating them, would a new relay sort this or is it something else. Thanks:confused:

hi wolfie,
My brother\' rx7s has done this for a while, but we have only just started looking into it.
My initial thought was an earth, but will let you know if we get it sorted. Like wise, if you find the solution please let us know.

Cheers
nige

Its the F100/cpu2 relay, common problem. Really annoying aswell, put up with mine for 6 months until i couldnt cope with it anymore. Just need to swop it for a working one
