alright guys, had the FD for 3-4 years now, biting the bullet, looking at replacing the hosing + check valves. anyone know what the operating pressures are of the stock check valves? think viton is the way to go but not sure which valves to purchase :Hammer

While on the subject, what about the 2 restrictor pills? Do people just reuse them, or does anyone know the spec for replacement ones?

thats pretty grim.. i thought i\'d detonated earlier this week only to find the vac hose to the boost sensor had come off *sigh*

any ideas whats causing you grief? do u have an airlock in the system? coolant flush recently? can the pressure caps cause issues with this?

i pressume theres still coolant in it? mine developed a habit of dropping its coolant about 3 mins after i\'d switched off and walked away from the car once the heat soak really built up.

if your coolant level sense has popped you wouldnt know either..
