Hello everyone,
Im putting this up a bit last minute but i hope Clive and the MRC staff don\'t mind.
Basically what\'s happening is 10 lads from 34 and 63 Squadrons RAF Regiment (wait\'s for the Para/Marine banter) are flipping an industrial tyre at a weight of 11.4 stone for 27 miles. The event started about 2 hours ago and we are doing 2 3 hour sessions to do 18 laps plus 2 laps each as a group at the end. I need not tell you it\'s 28 degrees and rising out here at the moment, we want to help raise money for the lads and ladies who risk their lives on a daily basis and to those who have made the ultimate sacrifices.
Any donation no matter how small will be greatly appreciated and im hoping to get a few pictures providing i can get the clearance.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this i will now prepare to "hang out"

Update,
27 miles was completed at 16:43 (Afghan time) 23/4/11 taking 25 hours to complete. By far the hardest thing ive done in 28-30 degree temperatures.
£800 just on the website and roughly £3000 donated from friends and family. Thank you to anyone who donated.
