Title: How to offset numberplate?
Post by: Skifledanabit on April 15, 2011, 12:02:33 AM
I want to offset my numberplate, looking at the MX5\'s, it looks like they take an aluminium plate off the front tow bar, but I\'m not sure if that\'s entirely viable with the FC, does anyone know of any better ways?

You mean mount it elsewhere on the bumper?

Because if so, then it\'s pretty easy. Remove numberplate, look at bracket behind, then look at where the bracket bolts on. Simples - unbolt it! (or if it is shagged like mine was, cut it off with an angle grinder).

Double sided tape or similar to apply numberplate in location of choice.
