Title: Think Engines Died on FB !!!!!!

Not completely sure yet but I think the 13b EGI has bitten the bullet. Died Last night and I don\'t like what I\'m seeing !

Just rang Tim at RXmotors and he doesn\'t have a good engine in stock. Not really sure what I should do..........

How much miles it had done? With and without the LPG?
Be positive, maybe it was just sleeping :rollin

buy new one , fit that , rebuild old one

i have a 13b in the back garden if you need bits :D

let me know either way - you know im happy to bob round and help

Well just got home to have a look at it in the light of day and its a false alarm thank god ! :Thumbsup!

The Low pressure LPG feed (25mm diameter hose) had popped off at the joiner. Just cut out due to no LPG getting to engine, more the engine bay :o

The manifold blowing made it sound hugely worse. Fired it up and it ticked over at just under 1000 rpm. Going to sort the exhaust out and then I\'m good to go.

Amazing how it fell off 100 yds from home though after going to Wigan ! :rollin

More embarrassed now :o:o:o:o Going to order some fresh hose (about £25 per meter !)

good news! u gotta love the 13b 6port engine, they always seem to hang on no matter what.  wish my 13bt was the same:(

Cheers Guys, went to work this morning and it running sweet again. Think I need some new engine mounts because still trying to understand how the pipe popped off !

Possibly engine mounts or just the leaking exhaust made the engine jiggle a lot more. Time for some hockey pucks :D
