I don\'t know where to start? i had to show someone, read the description it\'s hilarious!
What a TOOL?????
......that poor car :/
What is it supposed to be a replica OF exactly?
I know, it popped up on ebay at the weekend then dissappeared, probably got taken off by ebay as it didn\'t even mention it was a mazda in the first listing.
there might be a good car under all that crap? but £4000 is a bit hopeful
Get rid of the stupid led lines under the brake vents, the Ferrari badges and rear \'Mondial\' sticker/thingy and the stupid grey painted strips - and it aint half bad.
We saw a 300zx in Bedford once with Ferrari badges - Why oh why to people do this ??
Hopefully the Mazda badge that\'s shaped similar to the Ferrari one would replace the side badges, wheels are easily enough sorted...
But 4K - hells for a bit more you could have Pete\'s Lambo Orange one and get a load of spare parts and a superb car to boot... :cheers
Hummmmmmm :
QuotePROBABLY THE ONLY ONE LEFT IN THE UK
i dont think so :D
Must have been \'imported\' on this...
wtf!!!
magnetised the car n drove through halfords.. even has a mini fridge in arm rest??
to fit a bottle of moet lambrini???
I especially like the part that says " this car has been treated like a true classic- WITH RESPECT."
Also he says the sticky backed plastic tat has been "professionally fitted"
Super fail
It\'s bad, the worst bit is that I think it used to live near me!
Clean import cab with no rust and a fairly recent rebuild.
Assuming the above is correct then it may be pretty reasonable
actually, its an auto...gash
Look at the boot lid, the badge on the left hand side is almost at a 45 degree angle!!!
can somebody please email him, go and have a look and make sure he has a stroke this time... oohhh, actually, what if we get as many as we can to all go and have a look together, mini MRC FC meet in his front garden!!!
PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE LEFT IN THE UK, NONE IN JAPAN AND A FEW IN THE USA (rarer than a dentist for hen\'s teeth),NOW 21 YEARS OF AGE
trades description comes to mind
I trust we have all added this gem to our \'watch list\' and we view it several times a day.
.
how did you know... :eek
Keep finding more \'exclusive\' items.
It looks like a professionally fitted steering wheel \'glove\' and Ferrari sticker over the original Mazda centre badge.
Must have cost mmmmmmmmmm.............................................
:rollin:rollin:rollin:rollin:rollin:rollin:rollin
Maybe thats what a stroke can do to your cognition. Shame shame.
just noticed.. he has all the buttons on the centre console.. rare..
if anyone goes see can they investigate what buttons they are please :)
"A UNIQUE CLASSIC CAR WITH SUPER CAR LOOKS AND PERFORMANCE TO MATCH THE FERRARI THIS REPLICATES"
sorry if i\'m being dumb but which ferrari model does it replicate? must be a rare one?
"IT GATHERS A CROWD EVEN IN B&Q CAR PARKS"
because B&Q carparks are known for for their fickle crowds
Please feel free to ask him questions through Ebay, i can\'t wait to hear more from this guy! magic, pure magic!
These buttons only come with the Ferrari kit opption, I beleve one opperates a special suction pump to clean up excess BS.
can anyone make out what the 2 letters are in the centre of the front bumper below the (tee hee) ferrari badge?
a quick search and it\'s obvious! this has got to be the car it replicates so well.
you can tell by the matching grills on the rear quarter.

The buyer (if there is one) can claim all their cash back as its being mis-sold as a 2.6, its an FC engine, so its classed as a 2.4 :)
I think the most valuable thing on the car is the soft top cover, and maybe the battery lid if it has it :D
Wow did they even do auto cabriolet jap imports? lol and also, how the heck does it have a sunroof? haha
Quotecan anyone make out what the 2 letters are in the centre of the front bumper below the (tee hee) ferrari badge?
Had a bit of a photoshop with this and I\'m pretty sure it\'s \'S F\'
Quote from: johnf;753911Had a bit of a photoshop with this and I\'m pretty sure it\'s \'S F\'
Hmmm, super fast? Speciale ferarri?
Sad F er, let you guess the rest
It has to be a joke.
No one can do that and not have a smashing sense of humor!
his other pimp mobiles look pretty stickered up also...
Quote from: L18M;754008his other pimp mobiles look pretty stickered up also...
ooh - how you know that?

Also look at the state of his house. That out-of-style round window in the front porch and that faux balustrade on the flat roof. And that garden gate! Oh boy. That man has taste. Not.
Also note those pictures are
3 years old! Could look like an even bigger bag of w**k by now.
I think we should get all our verts out and go and pay homage to this "PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE LEFT IN THE UK". Arf.
What a prat. This sort of seller on fleece-u-bay really pi**es me off - complain about anything on their over-egged item and they\'ll cry long and loud to ebay about how *you* are the scammer not them! :3Confused
p.s. just noticed
QuotePower: 280
Ha ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. In an
auto! Ha ha ha.....
That fridge gives the extra cooling which gives another 100hp !!
Bear in mind there may well be another angle to this.
He may be well aware that his ad is full of, what shall we say, slight misrepresentation however he might just get the one guy who doesn\'t know what the car really is and make a very profitable sale and laugh.
So, is he stupid or trying to be very clever?
.
What a shame... The car needs rescuing.
i\'d laugh if he joined mrc now and saw this thread haha
New engine at 45,000 - is this a record?
(Or is the odo just bent ;) )
Wow that is epic!
If you look at his feedback as a buyer you can see the items use for the "Mondial" conversion.
I really hope is just a joke.
I think he\'s trying to replicate a 1974 Ferrari Daytona
saw this and very nearly did a similar thread :)
Amazingly it has no bids!
Just looked at the \'idiot lights\' is it me or is that the low coolent warning light or is it the washer bottle light?
That is so hilarious...the description is bringing the devil out in me a little now...may be I should ask a few searching questions via Ebay???
Does the man not realise that the car draws a crowd as an item of ridicule? Well it\'s not the car more the Ferrari badges and what the OWNER has done to it...words fail....
Exactly! Back in the day, the S3 used to get mistaken for being a Porker... but no-one actually put Porker badges on one!
You lot are so cruel, this car is years of hard work for the 57 year old, 18 stone stroke victim! (prob to do with all the power and attention the beast gets when he does take it out- in the car, not the fact he is 18 stone of prime muscle)
years went by in search of such a rare beast, japan has run out!,only a few left in america (none on the road prob all in bits), and then he has only one \'prime\' example from our motherland.
we should bow at his feet and kiss his shoes to buy this car, and what a que it will be with over 300 watchers he now has.
edit just had a good laugh going through his buying history.
QuoteI HAVE HAD TO RELIST AS I HAD BREACHED THE RULES BY REFERRING TO THIS AS A FERRARI REPLICA IN THE TITLE [...] BUT I DO TAKE THEIR POINT
What as in it is neither a ferrari nor a replica? :Hammer
Don\'t forget he expects it to go for waaaay *more* than £4,000...
QuoteIf there are no bids before an hour before the end of the auction, it will certainly be withdrawn and placed on autotrader near to its real value
I\'ll be sad to see this auction end - it\'s an endless source of amusement.
I worry that he\'s bought quite a few different rust treatments over the recent months - nothing to do with the cars he\'s seeling I guess ;)
It\'s a shame it\'s too expensive to rescue - I bet it will end up getting scrapped and unloved, which I hate to see.
I\'ll be there fighting off the other 300 watchers/bidders - end time 1:30pm [ish] Sunday
I shouldn\'t say...but I felt compelled to enquire. Whoops. I feel really bad now :(
He is being straight up (he really knows very little about RX7\'s) :(. On a positive note. Decals should come off. It does have a low mileage. It is true that finding a JDM cab in Japan is almost impossible these days... I am forever being told by importers.
I am still relatively speechless though..
there\'s just too many things about this advert that are.. ridiculous lol
"if you park this on your drive, your house valuation will go up by £20,000"
AWESOME
Oh dear - no bids yet... he\'ll be pulling the ad in 3 1/4 hours time if there are no bids... :evillaugh
Oh no not another one!

What the f*ck is wrong with these people???
At least this one isn\'t pretending to be a Ferrari !
Loving that mechano wing - NOT :rollin
I just threw up a little
Don\'t see what\'s wrong with it. Someone parked there ferrari on the top of a car park and someone pushed it off. Shame about the rx it landed on.
Yer i saw that black one i nearly bought it then i woke from my coma and thought better.
i suppose if you shut 1 eye, get some one to poke you in the other eye with a stick you could understand the "ferrari replica" thing
might buy this one instead lmfao NOT
Looking at the door stack I can see the car has - Wheels, suspension, brakes and a stereo :P
I do like a car that\'s been customised on the exterior, it adds a bit more uniqueness...
However I don\'t like THAT one, lol...
Although it\'s very hard to tastefully customise the outside of a 2nd gen... Anyone got any GOOD example for a comparison? :)
Only the one I know of :)

Luckily I re-read the previous posts, otherwise sticking that in a WTF is that thread would be tantamount to treason
damn !!!!!!
I guess the worse thing is there are 11 bids so far !!!!!!!
It\'s back again!

"a potential show winner"
would that be Mazda shows or Bad Taste shows I wonder?
Well i guess the saving grace is, it looks in good nick. But £5k ? Someone\'s been living on mars. I\'ll never understand why you\'d want to badge up a car as something it isn\'t, i mean putting \'porsche\' on a rover 200 is amusing and i get that. But why on a lovely TII :(
Someone go up there, tell him about himself, give him £2k (and a slap) and save it from its (poor) attempted replica prison.
I think if we all bombard him with "Make offer" around the £2.5 - 3k range he might get the hint.
Or not.
Its a plan... But nothing more than hopeful i don\'t think. It will still be hanging around in 12 months time, then he might have to re-asses his situation.
to balance the tools who did that to decent cars, here is some proper tool p0rn :)

at least he\'s toned down the Ferrari references
wow.. £5k.. or for a little bit more u can have my car haha
