Just a quick question, do you have to remove the air box behind the glove box to get the loom out

Cheers

I have seen a metal shield behind what you are calling the airbox, on some cars, that makes getting the harness out impossible.  Remove the shield and the damn thing comes out waaaaaaay easier.  I found this out the hard way a long time ago.

Remove Passenger side kick panel, unbolt ecu and unplug connectors. There is also a large blue connector(visible) and a white one which is tucked up behind heater box.Remove metal cover over loom(right angle shape,10mm bolts) to allow better access to white plug and free the loom. From engine bay side behind abs pump pull loom via big black grommet while someone else feeds loom through from inside.
  Hope this helps.
