What do you think of these ?

I would say they are too small, you may be ok with 2 fans but I would recommend going for a good quality 14in Fan. I ran a 16in fan for a while on a S3 rad but it eat itself !

Thats the most popular electric fan for this mod in the US and Ian swears by them. Think I\'m gonna use them too.
I\'d rather put in new fan/fans than use a secondhand setup, as I only want to do it once so I may well go for these.
an important aspect of the fan installation is the shroud to ensure that the fans draw through as much of the rad as poss.
The thing with the MK1 or MK2 mr2 fans is that they have their own shroud that fits the s3 rad... the top bolts use the existing captives where the factory shroud bolted up so there\'s only the bottom fixings to sort out.

you can see from these pics that the shrouds cover most of the rad so the fans are drawing through most of it.
If you go for a single fan, I agree with Shaun, put a 16" in.
Here\'s my installation...

.
Blimey, they are quite big. Not sure if they fit with a 13b !!!

I\'ve taken a leaf out of Ians\' book and bought a pair of Mk2\'s - I\'ll give them a bash as I\'m dubious whether my viscous is operating consistantly.
i run a 16" fan with no shroud and see no problems
Are you using an S3 rad with your 13B Mark?
yes s3 rad with a FC oil cooler
