Sold my blue baby (not sure if i\'m happy or sad?) and bought a supercharged Honda NSX for a bit of a change :burnout...........here are a few pictures!!
Dave.
good choice and a worthy swap IMO for that particular FD ;)
cracking numberplate, rear wing and front bar too - looks great! A little drop in height and some awesome JDM stylee rims and you\'ve got a clear winner ;)
very nice indeed :King
Well you\'ll have to take me out in it mate - love the NSX\'s. Whats the hp figures around then and whats it like to drive compared to the RX?
Bet that is great fun always loved these. All Ali body so zero rust ever , a good friend mind had a comptech s2k and the power delivery was something else
very nice man. Would be hard to pick a car after a fx7 for me but a msx would be high on the list. whats it like with the s/c?
That\'s very nice, Dave. Always loved NSXs, only thing I\'d change would be the wing, they never look right cos of the side supports for the original wing being left there. Other than that, top marks fella!

It\'s a pleasure to drive and running around 400bhp.

It\'s really good to drive and also has the Comptech charger!

I still love RX7\'s but fancied a change, it\'s great to drive with the supercharger as it really brings it to life :driving

Cheers Nik, the wing in \'the flesh\' looks pretty good but i may change it for a Seibon item that doesn\'t look quite as mad!!
Many thanks for all the comments, i was pretty sure it\'d be well received!!
Dave.
very nice indeed :)
did they do supercharged out the factory or aftermarket job?

Thanks Liam, it\'s an aftermarket conversion. The chap i bought it off has done an outstanding job on the whole car, i\'d dread to think what he has spent on it as it\'s a really immaculate example. It\'s the 3rd NSX i\'ve had in the last 2 years but by far the nicest!
Dave.
Wow, good choice, what a beautiful car. I\'d love to own one these - always been a fan of the NSX. :Thumbs-up
Very nice Dave, got to take me out for a drive in it before you get bored of it.

Hi Keith, pop on down matey and you are welcome to have a drive anytime :Thumbs-up. It should keep me amused for a while! It\'s probably my age but the only car i\'ve really loved, still do and would never sell is my K reg Mitsubishi Pajero...........comfortable, reliable and if you fancy a pint you can leave it in the pub car park and not lose any sleep :cheers
Dave.
rx-dave... I hope you will continue to post here, since I am curious what your longer term feelings about the NSX are. I have driven in a few, but never owned one or had any wheel time to speak of. I always liked the specification and thought they were attractively priced. However, Brian Long told me I wouldn\'t enjoy it. That it would be too soft and commuter-like or Honda-like. SAo, I\'ll wait for your comments. Very nice car.
Gordon

I won\'t be going anywhere :Thumbs-up. RX7\'s play a large part of not only my business but my life. As i get to play with cars all the time i\'ll always see something i "can\'t possibly live without" so i tend to chop and change a lot. Long term? I\'ll be honest and say i\'ll probably get bored as they are far more refined than the RX7 but that\'s what i need at the moment. I\'ve spent a bit of time in hospital and still have problems with my stomach so the hard ride of my RX7 made it really uncomfortable to drive especially in the South Wales area where we have warzone type roads!
Prices of the NSX have risen sharply lately both here and in Japan so it\'ll be an investment at least, this is my 3rd one now and i\'m sure not my last!

So sorry Andy, i\'ll buy another soon so we\'ll still be able to play together :Ladys-man:Ladys-man
For everyone who knows Andy.........when i sold my blue RX7 last week i didn\'t tell Andy for a couple of days as i felt so unfaithfull for leaving the RX7 clan. When i eventually plucked up the courage to tell him i felt like an unfaithfull man who\'d been caught out with another bird...........strange but true :rollin

I wonder if the engine will fit in my next RX7 :evillaugh:evillaugh..........only joking..........hang on though, i have a spare NSX engine, i could make the first NSX powered RX7, now that would be nice!!
Dave.
absolutly awsome car, i didnt realise it was yours when i came down the other day.
i love them. cant wait for the rx to be running to come back down and have a look at that.
Sweet, NSX super cool!!
How does it handle comapred to the FD?
Quote from: Ricco_04;748155Sweet, NSX super cool!!

I\'ve only driven it 4 or 5 miles but the other 2 i had drove really well :driving. They are great cars to drive and not that different to an FD as you need to drive them reasonably hard to get the best out of them but with an FD you can get them rebuilt for a considerably less amount of money :2Confused
I don\'t think i\'ll be away from the FD\'s for too long as i\'ve had a row from a few members already but i won\'t mention Andy or Ed\'s name
Dave.
excellent choice... do love the nsx and when u add a charger it must be truelly awesome!

No mines a manual :Thumbs-up. My mate Amo bought the rolled one and broke it up for spares, that poor chap didn\'t have a good track day!!
I\'ve had 2 manuals and 1 auto, the auto seems far slower and i wouldn\'t have another one.........unless it was a bargain :cheers.
