since collection i have changed the oil and fitted some 17x9 -10 offset veilside andrews too the front although im desperatley looking for some 17x9 or9.5 or 10 j work equips

ive also dropped the front down abit

but ive had a few problems it seems i have a little play in the steering cloumn any ideas or common places for this

also my radiator warning light keeps coming on every now and again but the car never overheats or loses heaters

wheel alighnment is terrible but im getting there its just the play in the column thats stopping things

next jobs are to swap the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter and braided hoses over and fit the hydro before the 12th of next month along with modding my bazooka exhaust from a old s13 i owned so i can make stupid amounts of noise at the drift day

need to fit my electric rad fans and power steering cooler and buy some silicons rad hoses some gauges

if its an aftermarket rad then maybe they dont have the rad sensor fitted or maybe loose connection somewhere.

measures water. if no water touches it then it lights up.
have you got an air bubble in your cooling system?
worth "burping" it anyway just to be sure.

didnt get you txt about the coilovers. i\'ve been in a signal-less area most of the day today.
im still on same number. else pm me on dw, will look after you ;)

Not a bad looking car! Good fitment choice on the front too! How wide are the front and rear arches?

Check the earth/cable on the water level sender.

oh well problem solved no big issue but its probably gonna be a ballache the heater hose is split where it joins to the housing by the looks of it so willl investigate on a ramp at work tomorrow at work

but on another note i fitted a hitman steering wheel today its totally daft but cool and removed the adjustable fpr and motorsport fuel filter from the old fc tonight so should have those fitted up pretty quickly i would think

can you get silicone heater hoses ???

i believe silicone heater hoses are all over ebay for fc\'s.

for some reason i thought this car was gunna be yellow:S

bonnet vent and wing mirrors are re amemiya style.
uras / monkey magic style bodykit
i seen +50mm wide front wings so i guess are +50mm to fit the wheels lol

was this the one from dragon? looks familiar. nice spec though :)

Post by: the hat on March 01, 2011, 12:14:32 AM
yeah its from dragon its been through the wars abit but there is absoloutley no rust so im happy about that but is there something i should know ??

and my guess is the arches are there too space out the wheels as there is far too much lock for them too cope as the wheels being 17x9 et0 still foul the lower arms and inner arches when going for full lock

and i picked up a new turbo but it will need a rebuild as there is play and the oil seals have failed so im gonna get it sent off and get a powered by max manifold and some 1680cc secondarys and see how it goes but my guess will be mega laggy as its a bloody big turbo but i have no idea what it is as i won it off ebay on the cheap as being a garrett t3 but it does have a 4inch shrouded intake if thats any help

Title: the route kitanowaki drift weapon project thread
Post by: the hat on March 01, 2011, 11:13:11 PM
yeah i did but the wife decided that she would just hang fire as she is worried it will be far too stiff for her so will just get adjustable dampers to go with the tein springs she already has fitted sorry mate

really fancy a re a verion 2 ducktail but there 500 odd quid which i just cant see me paying for a spoiler tbh

not gonna go for the big wing as its just not low enough to pull it off properly
