Im currently rewiring my ignition system within the engine bay and have a few questions that I hope someone can answer for me.
Currently relocating my coils to where the A/C pump used to be using a specially made up plate. The next step is to shorten the length of cable from the standard igniter to the coil packs. So instead of running through the passenger wing loom and back up, doing it direct using the existing wires as I have been told they are screened cable. :xconfused
Now whilst I have it all out and messing with cables, I thought about strengthening my system by running two separate igniter\'s for the leading and trailing coil packs.
I think I have seen this on Blitzboy\'s car but he is running aftermarket coils.
So need to know if this will actually improve the ignition system? or am i barking up the wrong tree.
Also I dont like the HKS twin spark so trying to find another solution.
EDIT: Also running a brand new leading coil pack
Lunchtime bump!!
