Ive ordered some 17 x8/9\'s et 8 wheels :eek::eek:
Anyone got any pics or any idea where they will sit in the arch etc? imm running 25mm wider arches

On an FD?
What tyres?
+25 all round?
Have the rears been properly tubbed?
How much caster? Fronts will be very close to the liners if you are still running them and your caster isn\'t extreme.
Standard lock?
On a fd plus 25mm all round and the rear arches have been trimmed back. Ive got modified hubs and uras tie rods
i would say you will be fine dependant on tyre size. im running 245 10 et-3 on the rear with a flare of around 10-15mm meaning if you run the same tyre your wheel will sit 22mm further in than mine. oh and mine are 18"

Karl, you\'re basically a gawd-damn hero! just thought i\'d say that...
should add im running 15mm wheel spacers on the rear but i can ditch them if needed!
9 et8 on the rear should be fine as long as the arches are properly tubbed and the lips have been shaved from the overs.
You could probably run a 245/255 - won\'t even be super aggressive. It\'d be pretty tighht witha 15mm spacer though, you\'d be looking at a 225/215 for clearance, camber pending.
On the front you should be fine lip wise (if you\'re choosing a tyre to match the rear I guess you\'d be looking in the 205/195 area on an 8, or if you want full width a 225)), but with all that lock you\'re going to have issues on the stops, you\'ll scrub the liners on the front, and possibly touch the rail at the rear.
Ive got 10J et 35 (i think) on the back. They are literally in line with the arch and running a slight bit of camber.
9j et 12 (i think) on the front. This poke a fair bit, maybe as much as karls rear wheels
