Hi guys just trying to post some pics of my new car but cant work out how to upload the pics (hangin my head in shame lol) so need help on that 1 hehe.
its a red b reg 1984 rx7 with origional 12a engine 114000 miles without rebuild (still chuggin away hehe) i got it off ebay for £400 bargin buy considering my first drive of it was 5 hours long and nearly 300 miles (dorset to york)
have a few problems with it need to source some new doors as both have rust in the corners i would weld them up but the windows have pretty much seized up and dont want to strip them down to have to replace them later on and the drivers elec mirror doesnt work.
there is water getting into the boot space had a wuick look but cant see any obvious holes or broken seals there was also water under the back seats but i think thats from before the welding was done.
The water level indicator light comes on every now and then and stays on for the rest of the journey - i think this is just air in the system as the rad and expantion tank are both full.
what do u guy reckon about the names: the red baron or the destroyer (i have a grey primera named the batleship lol) other ideas welcome.
Ive had to do a bit of work so far replaced the fuel tank and had to modify one of the spark plug leads (the contact had been pulled into the rubber too far so had to cut off an inch or so to get it to connect properly ill change the leads as soon as tho only a temporary measure, i stripped out the back seats and lap belts as im trying to modify the rear seat belts for my little \'un to ride legally but got a good plan for that (have to wait till pay day tho ) ill post some pics of what ive done in due time and when i have worked out how to post them lol.
Altogether its in really good condition for its age runs and drives well & once ive sorted thease few niggles it will be used every spare second i get lol.
cheers guys, Rob
Welcome.
Doors easy to find, but in the right colour,you\'ll have to wait a few months.
Water in boot, probably drainage holes blocked under glass hatch, poke through with wire clears them or could be rubber hatch seal.

Hiya Rob-welcome to 1st gen ownership. The easiest way for you to upload pictures is to get a photobucket account as I don\'t think you can directly upload (think you have to be paid up). It\'s easy to do once you get the hang of it just upload them to photobucket then copy and paste the IMG code into your posts and up they pop.
Any questions just ask there is a few of us floating about.
Seized/sticky windows, easiest fix spray silicone spray down window runners, makes them wizz up & down,if windows don\'t work, usually switch in console or more unlikely motor. You can take switches apart & clean contacts.
the seal is fine but the drainage holes have seen better days ill clean them out as soon as i get chance cheers, Rob
i have some spray hiding in my work van somewhere so ill give it a try the motors are workin the passenger window lowers by about 2 inches but the drivers side is only half an inch or so with great difficulty lol

Happy days-whats your plans?
yea gonna fix the niggles and get her resprayed make her look good as new lol :evillaugh its fully roadworthy so gonna enjoy driving her (£400 cheaper to insure than the battleship) on that note still need to name her but cant really go for the red baron as im not sure what colour to respray :D:D
Looks like it was the same colour red as Stu\'s (syebba) before it was sprayed the brighter colour. They look good when buffed up in that shade, could do with returning the bumper strips to black though in my opinion.
yep sunrise red.
Is the engine bay red too?

Looks very clean, how good is it underneath ?

Hi Rob and welcome and all that.....
If you remove the trim inside the rear edge of the boot you can get access to the drain tube from the groove round the rear hatch. They can often get blocked, or broken which lets water in and if they do get blocked its not uncommon to find rust in the groove round the hatch, I did :( haha.
Still looks good for £400!!! :)

Ah, Yeh, Pete Markin. (It\'s with you saying York Stu). Pete Markin is breaking that red S3 in Notts/Derby area.
He had a broken side window that he\'d sent out a bit back....broken in transit....and he got me to email our Breakers list to the recipient, for him to choose another one. I didn\'t mind. All good fun.
Reminds me...

Yes David that\'s why i did\'nt originally inc details,coz i knew you\'d have them!

i\'ll sort out the cosmetic/ paintwork bits when iv sorted the problems out seat belts first then the less needed bits like the windows/ mirror then ill look into either changing the doors or sorting the rust out.
had a look underneath and all looks pretty solid had a good poke around with the old aggresive adjuster/tappy stick lol and didnt go through anywhere (phew) iv done that before not a good feeling hehe the rear sillls/floor had been welded for its mot so 1 less thing to worry about dont trust the origional jacking points though:confused:.
cheers steve ill strip out the boot and have a good clean out around the drain holes no rust around the hatch though which is good, the car has been off the road for 5 years but has been stored well (i have an mr2 thats been sat less time and allsorts of bits have seized or stopped workin lol)
could do with replacing the sunroof as it has a fair bit of rust on one side but thats for l8r lol, just a case of gettin time as i work close to 60 hours a week most weeks even working this weekend in Edinborough nice hehe so its gonna drive me mad the next couple of weeks lol having the car on the drive and no time to play hehe plus the name is driving me loopy never had a problem before as they have all been colour coded names but unsure of the colour to choose thinkin midnight blue although the red is growing on me:wave
cheers guys, Rob

stripped the boot out this morning (in the snow lol) one of the drain tubes was blocked which has led to rust under the seal (why i missed it before) its now lettin water through 1mm or so gap:( got the trim in the shed to dry out but wil have to wait til next weekend to sort it out in the meantime ill find a cover to stop it worsening.
ill get the rust killer on it next sat any advice on resealing it?
the snow has got in the way of any sort of progress today & at work from midnight tonight so tomorrow is off the cards aswell :( but hey payday soon so ill get most of the parts i need next weekend then its just finding time:)
cheers, rob

just a quick 1 guys is it ok to use bog standard radiator flush when changing the coolant thought i\'d better ask as the coolant light keeps coming on and i have no clue when it was last changed so gonna get it out of the way on sat.
cheers, Rob
Would have thought you would be ok, check that the ground is good to the sensor in the top of the rad too (giving false warning)
Shaun
Did it keep a good temp up from Dorset Robbie? If so why flush?
I\'d give it a good few run throughs with clean water then belt in some good old Bluecol (the Old Boy\'s Favourite) at 40% concentration.
You will need to fill carefully and keep squidging air out of the hoses until it doesn\'t drop any more. It means a couple of gentle runs round the block sometime. Also have a look over from the kerbside to the back of the Carb....is there a pond of antifreeze there in the manifold casting hollows? That\'s one possible sign that the inlet \'O\' rings want changing....(easy)
By the way - still got my email? I came across an old (but good) spare set of plug leads the other day. E mail with your address and which lead.....is it T,L,T1,L1,T2,L2? marked where the leads come out of the distributor cap.
Tell me which one and I\'ll bung it in a jiffy bag for you. Easier than posting all my spare set if your others are OK.
Dave
The temp was quite cool from dorset thats why i want to change the coolant plus The Duke had been sat for 5 years off the road so the coolant in it is probably doing more harm than good gonna take the thermostat off and check its opening temperatures aswell (just incase its stuck).
Thanks david i\'v sent you an e-mail.
Cheers shaun ill check the sensor & make sure the contacts are ok.
got my haynes manual yesterday so i can get reading before the weekend - bargin at £12
cheers guys, Rob

Sounds like a sticking stat to me too. I\'m with Dave on this Rob, just flush with copious amounts of clean towns mains and then \'Bluecol\'. I\'m sure The Duke will appreciate it.Cliff:)
Yes, If it\'s running cool the stat must be 1st suspect, doubt it\'s going to be clogged up parts of the cooling system.
RadFlush or some such might stir up trouble by finding weak spots in the system.
Great to look at new coolant altogether though.
While you\'re at it, have a look at the bottom fins on the rad Rob, below the fan. They have a habit of corroding apart from the outside in. The fins just fall out of the main rad core tubes (like a loose zip fastener sort of appearance).
Like your grandma\'s spare corset zips (my mum, your grandma).......
or the notorious viscous fan stuck on... how noisy is the fan?
Quote from: Ian65;745296or the notorious viscous fan stuck on... how noisy is the fan?
Good point Ian. That happened to us - but it was the noise that gave it away rather than the temperature.
John
woohoo full club member now hehe:cool been shoppin this mornin so its time to start workin me thinks lol
Well pretty productive weekend got a few niggly bits sorted passenger window now works but the drivers one motor is 2 weak to move the window more than an inch but not worried bout that til i change the door.
Got the drivers elec mirror working again - contacts were wet & just dried it out in the house overnight now workin fine.
Need to replace the water level sensor as the wire has corroded & givin a false reading.
The viscous fan is turning at the same speed as the engine which is why its not gettin properly warm.
The big job this past couple of days was the rear hatch seal my jaw dropped when i removed the seal and most of the metal along the bottom stayed in it lol so been busy taking all the rust off & rebuilding the seal - it has been repaired before and not very well found a few filler filled holes :( just fibreglassed it back into shape for now till the summer when i can get a week or so with the welder and properly restore the seal, need to redo the rear wheel arches aswell as another bad previous repair but ill do it all at once when the weather is better hehe.
Struggling to finish tho as i couldnt get any spray paint this weekend got it all done and primed tho (and covered just incase) gonna ring a paint shop in york in the morning as they were closed today and halfords were useless lol.
Got my new seat belt kit ordered so ill get that fitted next weekend & hopefully the boot trim will be dry by then - it been in the shed for a week but it was soaked through with the seal been so bad might just replace all the fabric and spongy bits cos they smell like a rusty wet dog lol sorry not took any photo\'s lost track of time while workin hehe.
cheers guys, Rob
For leccy windows did u try soaking the window frame runners in silicone spay?
Quote from: syebba;746013For leccy windows did u try soaking the window frame runners in silicone spay?
If this doesn\'t work there are always the 2 adjusting bolts half way down the door - if I recall the rear bolt adjusts the tilt angle.

Unfortunately this seems to be a common fault with the rex :( - po\'s don\'t clean out the drain tubes so water collects and hey presto, free rust.
Check out Steve\'s thread "Rexanne" as he had to carry out repairs to this area.
Cheers david the lead came today thanks i\'ll get it fitted asap.
Quote from: syebba;746013For leccy windows did u try soaking the window frame runners in silicone spay?
yea got a tin on sat gave them both a good soaking passenger free\'d off fine but the drivers went down a couple of inches and ran out of strength hehe tried it a few times but just got weaker and weaker but not worried about the drivers side till later with the door rotted through at the bottom.
cheers cliff had a good look at steve\'s hatch looks great now mine wasnt as bad as that mainly just the lip gone through but a couple of random holes further back from previous repairs.
Got some paint today so ill spray it up on wed and get some pics up my main problem is just having the time to do the bigger jobs with The Duke been my main car and workin all hours of the week means the weekend is my only free time to do everything hehe so im gonna take a couple of weeks off when the weather is good and get the big jobs sorted untill then just gonna stop more rust from gettin in and solve the easier niggles.
anyone know how easy it is to remove the metering pump i wont tell u why for now but it doesnt say how to in the haynes manual, there is 10 man points for the person that can guess what the problem is.(i does work ok tho) i\'ll put a pic up on wed of the answer hehe.
cheers
Oil leak from metering pump gasket?
I think they just unbolt but don\'t know for certain. Anyone?
You might want to search here under \'Premix\' Rob, or Millers \'KB 2T\'. I use the millers as a Premix poured into the tank at a mix % suitable for pump and Premix together. That\'s 80ml Millers into 20 litres fuel. Thats because my pumping system works but is 26 years old.
You can Premix at full % and run without the pump completely.
Yes, they just unbolt. Pineapple racing does a rebuild kit for them too but the gasket isn\'t included in the kit. I think I used a home made gasket last time !
Shaun

Today i got the hatch sprayed up its no work of art but will do fine till i redo the lip in the summer and at least it doesnt let water in anymore.
Sorry bout the pics was gettin dark by the time id finished but made my seatbelt modification in the back seat only done the 1 side for now as its £43 a pop for the universal seat belt kits and i only need the 1 for the monster hehe.
Had a bit of a problem with the lap belt bolt as the welding around it had made it seize then snap when i tried harder lol but drilled it out then had a quick run down the road to use the garages tap set to re-thread and put a longer bolt through with a lock nut just to make sure it won\'t come loose.
As you can see (just) from the pics ive mounted the shoulder strap on the sidey bit that comes down from the window (dont know the technical term hehe) then cut the interior trim to fit which hides 90% of the fixing had a good test of it earlier and its solid as a rock :D, then hoovered out the back and put it all back together now that the trim has dried.
The last pic is the oil metering pump as you can see its held on with a pair of mole grips :rollin i spotted it when i picked the car up and the guy said it had been on there for 10 years lol just wondering if anyone knows the length of the bolts so i can get another fitted and get rid of the grips hehe, cheers guys.
WTF.....Good Old Moleys, that\'s normal for me....
(Joking Rob.....amazing - tools with car eh?).
I bet No One would ever have got it right about the OMP problem.
Wish I\'d have said "The OMP\'s held on with a pair of Mole Grips".
haha that would have been worth the 10 man points lol
Got a slight wet patch at the bottom of my radiator not leakin much but on its way out, had a look on ebay an there\'s not one on to replace it with im wonderin if a different rad will fit as i have a couple in the shed i dont see that much of a problem as long as its about the right size and the pipes are in the right places what do u think? also just remembered i have a 12v elec fan in the shed aswell so ill dig that out - as u can see im tryin to recycle some of my spare parts otherwise its waitin for payday again lol.

Looking at the age of them there \'Moleys\' - surely they must be an Imperial pair ..... hehehe :rollin:rollin But seriously, they look as though they have been there for quite some time - it\'s a wonder they didn\'t get picked up during the MOT, so to pass in that condition ... hmmmmm.
Quote from: sanbob;746766haha that would have been worth the 10 man points lol

I used a Rad Recore Specialist in S-c-u-n-thorpe, Smithsons. I can dig out the phone No. if you want it. It cost me £100 but for that you get a rad as good as new. Your headers and his brand new core, all soldered up and finished black - brill. I suppose as long as the water flows through the same and you\'re not tracking it any suitable size rad will do? The FB with a good rad is very calm in traffic and none of our 3 have ever overheated.
Otherwise scrappie off the breaker\'s list?
Have you found out yet that there\'s a censorship programme in the Forum Server? It\'s set to \'catch all rude boys words\'. But it catches S-c-u-n-thorpe as well believe it or not.

i know what you mean cliff there are a few things on the car that wouldnt have passed if id have checked it believe me but hey while its got it i can sort the problems out slowtime there\'s nothing major unsafe on it so im not worried (honest:rollin)
gonna c if another rad will fit tomorrow just measure it out and make sure the pipes are on the right side for now i have a brand new one in the shed not even taken out of the box so fingers crossed hehe

Don\'t get me wrong Rob, I\'m not questioning the condition of the car - other than the \'moleys\', it\'s more the integrity of the mot station who passed it in the 1st place (I wouldn\'t go back there for sure).Cliff
Neither would i mate it was done down in dorset last dec but not that fussed as long as its working ok lol.
I\'ll get all the niggly bits sorted for its next mot anyay looking into putting a 12v fan and new rad in at the mo once thats done ill source all the suspention and steering bushes and get them changed apart from that not much more can be done till the summer when i get a good amount of time to sort the welding out & change the windscreen.
Had a good couple of days driving round york this weekend now iv got the rear seat belt fitted i can properly use it as a family car hehe but with the viscous fan stuck on its killin the fan belt - i think its why the car had 2 spare ones hiding under the seats lol.
Would it matter if i extended the coolant pipes? as the rad i have spare the bottom hose is at the opposite side it will fit in the same space as the one on the car the way i see it if the pipes still do the same job it shouldnt technically matter will just have a slightly bigger coolant capacity - what do u think guys
cheers
Been a quiet couple of days routing out the shed and finding some good hidden treasures lol found my fan which still works (wow).
Found a good fan temp control switch but unsure what temp to set it at whats best? the haynes manual says the thermostat starts to open @ 82 degrees & fully open @ 95 degrees so im thinking halfway between them but not got any other referance help please hehe
Well got the radiator off today and decided to try an fix it tonight its a small leak bottom left hand corner and since the haynes manual says to solder up any leaks im gonna give it a go ill put some pics up later of either my masterpiece or disaster lol.
Took the viscous fan off earlier and what a difference it made the engine actually purrs and i can get the choke off in only a couple of mins, ith the fan on i as having to leave the choke on at least 1/4 for 15 mins or so cos it stalled at every junction otherwise.
Got my thermostatic fan control switch today so ill see how far i can go tomorrow gettin it all back together.
viscous fans are the curse of satan!
lol had a good look at the rad but no joy its pretty much rotted the bottom off hehe got water seeping through nearly every tube and most of the fins are rotted to a crumbly mess - thats me making a new radiator mount tomorrow then.

Just a quick 1 on the metering pump there is another 10 man points for the person that can guess the new thing i have found on there while i was changing the coolant pipe ill climb in an put a pic up tomorrow.
But on a serious note i could really do with replacing the pump and the mounting bolts as i dont trust it as far as i can throw it lol anyone got a spare hehe
I should have some bits knocking about, I will have a look for you tomorrow.

Well a few guesses were close and made me burst out laughing:rollin:Giggle but sadly no cigar hehe as you can see from the top pic there is an old g clamp holding the bottom of the oil metering pump on lol on the upside there not coming off without a fight seized solid.
The rest are of the new rad and how it will fit in once finished this weekend i know the fan looks small but it is the right one for this rad so hoping it will do the job fine otherwise ill be using the mr2\'s fan.
Just got to fit the thermo switch, refill the cooling system and test it all out and then The Duke will be back in action untill i tackle the metering pump - my main fear of that is i dont know if the old bolts are just missing or snapped off so need a replacement set so i know how long the bolts are if i have to drill the old ones out.
Cheers guys.
Well thats what I call "belt & braces", mole grips and a G-clamp, nice!:D
Didnt have time to look today but will pull one off an engine tomorrow, my guess is the pins are snapped off, could be fun.

Cool thats great i\'ll give you a shout when iv tested my pump to see if its working then i\'ll get the tools off the engine and scout the best course of action with the bolts, not gonna do it for a few weeks tho just finished changing the rad and my back has given up on me again (i\'m gettin haggard lol).
I\'ll get some pics up tomorrow of the new rad fully in place - ran out of light today before i could get some shots but had a good run out round the york by-pass an hour ago and all was well bar my front right indicator not workin - i moved the wires while puttin the skid pan back on so think iv knocked the contact out of place hehe.
Had a good day working on the Duke today my little girl helped me all day - think she wants to be a mechanic wen she grows up lol.
cheers
Rad looks good Rob and neat with the electric fan - makes me think whether I should change both of mine over to electric, quieter and probably more fuel efficient too.
Quite strange to have had the moleys and g-cramp, as Keith says a belt & braces job - perhaps one of the po\'s was a plumber and his way of securing when unable to use bolts at the time. Must admit I\'ve never come across this type of fix before - even on my 1960\'s cars.
I hope the final fix is easier than the worse case scenario.

:xconfusedWell them pics are big enough hehe sorry bout that dont know how they turned out small but deleted them off the camera now oops.
The top pic is the new thermo switch - basically a cheaper kenlow only £20.
The next 2 are how the rad sits in the engine bay.
Fourth is the newly moved coolant pipes.
Next my nice new MRC tax disc holder - my welcome pack arrived the other day & has already saved me £100 on my insurance remewal next month so £30 well spent i think.
The last pic is my newest spontaneous buy hehe £20 mega :rollin
While i have been changing the rad and fan i\'v tried not to change any of the origional mounts or pipes - just removed and added my own different bits incase a rad presents itself at the right price but didnt want to pay over £100 to get the old rad reconditioned or even more for a second hand one not as i only paid £400 for the car hehe.
Got the indicator working again i had just moved the contact hehe quick 2 min fix.
Cheers
Well The Duke got its first taste or york traffic yesterday and it doesnt like it lol sat for about half an hour had to switch off the engine as it was getting seriously hot dont think the fan is up to the job - but the coolant expansion tank lid doesnt clip into place very well and was off when i checked it just wondering if this is needed to fit correctly to keep the pressure up, i keep meaning to change it anyway as i\'v got a replacement sorted at work just keep forgetting to pick it up hehe :o
Apart from the traffic issues its running great on the bypass round york only gets about half way on the temp gauge - probably cos of the amount of air passing through the rad.
rotaries kick out a lot of heat Rob and take some cooling... plus if you cook one, they are very easy to damage.
I don\'t reckon your replacement rad is up to the job... looks narrow in the photos and the fan is only cooling a 1/2 to 2/3rds of the rad so once you lose airflow, stationary in traffic, your cooling is compromised.
My advice is to get a good second hand series 3 rad, buy a pair of electric fans from a MK1 Toyata MR2 and bolt them up. The fans will wire to your existing fan controller and the mr2 fans are a perfect fit for the s3 rad and you can get them off ebay for btw 15 & 30 quid.
They\'re a tried and tested mod, especially in the US and work great.... just fit and forget!
And the coolant expansion bottle doesn\'t form part of the pressurised circuit. It\'s there to catch the vented excess from the rad cap and allow it to be sucked back into the rad as it cools down and pressure drops.
So loose cap has no bearing except some liquid might jiggle out.

Yea i thought that was the case trying to source a good rad now if anyone has one may be able to get 1 for £50 quid but waiting for the guy to get back to me.
With the fan i\'v looked in the mr2 and its only the single fan on mine :Grrrso been looking on ebay and found a couple like this item no 310238638642 - sorry dont know how to put the link in hehe:Hammer would this be ok as i think it would look mega :D i know the twin fans are the tried and tested method but i\'m always looking for different ways of doin things dont like the easy way lol

these are the ones I fitted to mine....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-MR2-1992-RADIATOR-AND-A-C-FANS-/280646449201?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4157d4f831
Mk1 MR2 fans are easiest to fit but these Mk2\'s will go onto a RX7 s3 rad with a bit of work.... that celica fan is only 12"... too small I think...
you don\'t want to mess about with the cooling on these engines... get the right rad and put on some fans/ a fan that shift plenty of air
.
And don\'t forget Smithson in S-c-u-n-thorpe will recore as new for around £100. He might even have core detail from mine?
Mk 1 MR2 fans ordered just got to find a good rad now cheers Ian

You can also recore it with a larger core too. I had mine re-cored with double the thickness of core. Cost a bit more but well worth it !

Hi guys thought i\'d let you know wats been happenin since the troubles the other weekend, the 12v fan i had was no where near good enough for the heat given off from the rotary engine so i got some mk1 mr2 fans off ebay and started looking for a rad replacement.
The fans arrived and work perfectly but the rad has to wait as mr bank balance says i\'m not allowed 1 this month or next by the looks of things all car funds goin on insurance deposits - the perils of running 2 cars lol
So decided to give the "different" rad another chance while the funds arrive to get the s3 rad sorted so last sat was spent fitting the mr2 fans which although wasnt very difficult it just time consuming by nightfall sat i\'d got them into place (erm.....they maybe upside down....oops) got everything wired up and refitted the thermoswitch and changed the coolant for the second time in 2 weeks also got the expantion tank from work and fitted that - its amazing where you find perfect matches to random car parts the exact same tank as a 38 kva generator hehe.
Ran out of daylight then and decided not to test in the dark or on sun as mothers day rules were in force lol so managed a couple of hours on tuesday but when it came to starting the engine and topping up the coolant The Duke refused to start which made the alarm bells ring i thought the engine had given up from overheating.
Not one to give up that easily i figured it must just be playing up like it did when i first got it back to york so i charged the battery at work today, borrowed a brand new booster battery and when i got home i took the spark plugs out and gave it a blast through refitted them and tried again.
After about 4 or 5 tries The Duke fired into life (great feeling:)) so i took it out for a warmup drive got up to temp and put the padal to the floor - put a great big smile on my face hehe:D got home and decided to mock up a traffic jam in my drive way sat for 30 - 40 mins just pulling foreward and backwards a couple of feet every 5 mins or so to simulate a bad jam and all went well,
the mr2 fans really shift the air through the rad and the temp gauge stayed halfway up and had no leaks or hiccups i have a couple of questions though,
What is the normal rpm for idling speed? - just asking cos i think i may have cleaned out some smeg from the fuel system puttin my foot down as today it idled at about 850 rpm but all other times it was up at 1100 to 1200 unless this is from the fan power drain
When i first tried the fans the rev gauge bobbled about like a mad thing but stopped when i went up past 2000 rpm i think i\'v seen a thread on here saying this before but cant find it but after the test drive it had stopped cant see why the fans would interfere with the rev gauge but thought i\'d put it out to the experts hehe.
The next big test will be normal york driving probably at the weekend now and close to the by-pass where i can get good airflow if required :driving
Cheers guys
Book says 750/775 rpm idle speed - that seems a bit low to me? Whatever you can idle at smoothly below 1000 I would have said.
Don\'t see any connection between fans and rev counter though.
Yea sounds about right to me, rev gauge has stopped now so cant see why it was happening at all hehe
I\'ve always idled @ 850 rpm with no issues at all

me too........!
Cheers guys just not seen it idle that well before must have sorted itself with the go faster pedal lol
