Hi!
As I said before, I wanted new instrument faces, I am not too fond of the orange. If I want orange, I rather swap the bulbs.
Therefore, I am making my own faces by scanning the originals, drawing over, getting them printed in vinyl, and getting plexi cut with waterjet, and these two joined.
If you want to follow this process to make your own, I can provide you with PSD-files of the originals, my edited or whatever.
BUT! I will not make anything else than this:
Everything will be like original, except font.
The speedometer on my version WILL be km/h
The Oil pressure gauge WILL be bar
There will be no Boost gauge, only voltmeter.
EDIT: And yeah, ONLY S4 gauges will be made. There are several companies making S5 gauge faces.

I can add that if you want the PSD or JPG-files (dont use JPG pl0x), you can of course edit them to your liking :)
As for the plexi, I got mine from the local photographer, he uses it on picture frames that can\'t use proper glass. It is only 1.5mm thick or so. You need to take out the original faces anyway, so you can measure the thickness.
Got a mock-up with 220g paper done, so you can see how it would look in the instrument cluster.
