Not genuine Mazda but probably as close as we\'ll get these days.... cheap as chips too......

That\'s the same make as my door key-you wouldn\'t tell at a glance that it\'s not OEM

Any half decent key cutting place should have these in stock, mine cost about £7 it opens the doors fine but doesnt work the ignition as well as the original key, maybe just cos its new? :)

Happy New Year Tim - looks good to me and the same as mine also.  After all, who looks at \'others\' keys and more so who really cares?  At the end of the day it\'s still a key to operate door locks &/or the ignition.

Happy New Year Michael - sounds a bit of a rarity still having the original \'gold\' coloured key.

Try easing it with an emery board or gently with a needle file just to take the sharp edges away - might help.

Had 2 of these keys cut today and tried them  .. hmmm .... a little too snug to enter into the barrel :(
Checked for cutting accuracy and looks spot on :)
Checked the widths and the new keys are slightly thicker compared with the original :(  So out came the light files, and I took a shaving off each flat side of the new key.  Re-tried and fits like a glove :Thumbs-up
So just to need to dress the other and hey presto - two new keys at a very cheap price.
I\'ll get the vernier gauge out and measure the actual difference in the thickness but it\'s not much.

So a big thanks to Ian - well spotted mate :Thumbs-up

Ye real good service.
Unfortunately the locks on JAZ & Goldie are a mix & match so need 2 keys for each.  The original keys (barr one) had gone when I bought the cars, they came with the normal flat steel key and I wanted to get original or close to original replacements - so I bought 6 of them.  Damn glad I did and the extra bonus was a one off postage charge - so I am \'quids in\' alround.
