After a long wait and stressful discussions with Pip :D, finally I got my 20b back...The car is rev limited to 4 and half RPM and I drove it back from there...Pip has done a really great job on it...
I have not had a full observation of the car as I arrived in London now but i will check the car tomorrow....
He is a expensive but well experienced in his field :god
Hopefully I will get to where I want to..I cant upload pictures as I dont know how to.....Or may be because I am a guest here so I may not be allowed to post pictures....:confused:

Yes Adam it was me...I was the one who was doing that as my previous rebuild was prone to flood my plugs at all times...may be problem with premixing..or the plug range I was running was not needed/good :xconfused..I was running 7420-11 on the Top and 7420-9 at the bottom..

Yes mate it is just for temporary time...Well did a brand new rebuild with everything new on the engine and additional things were Extreme Rotary Fuel Rails, 1680s and 850s injectors, cooling modifications and loads more to list :D

In order to achieve this, I am told by Pip that I need to change the turbo (offcourse T88 34D is not enough), Elbow, ECU and Throttle Body...
One thing which is bugging me at the moment is the idling as the car is not idling smooth.. I mean it idles nice but not smooth dont know whats the reason, I spoke with Pip and he said let it run in as the vacuum level would change after it ran in. He confirmed that he would sort this out after it goes back there..I trust what he said as I am sure he knows what he is saying:god
The guy is well experienced, you could tell from the projects he completed

good stuff syed, the idle will get smoother as its run in. Has he done more porting to get to the 1000 bhp mark as stock ports wont do it. That would effect your idle. I thought you had just changed your ecu?

Thanks for the info, you know Pip... how meticulous he is :Ladys-man...
When I told him my plans, he was happy and said "Lets get the ball rolling" He did not only play with the porting but also doweled the engine to prepare it for the 1000BHP mark...Nah I could not afford the Ecu at this stage...man the Ecu would have been another 4k on top of the rebuild..and by that time I would have been bank corrupt:D
But I will do it soon as expecting some money to come in near future
I have not checked the turbo AR yet but I am sure you might have sourced a manifold from somewhere??

Was at a Jap meet on the A127 (A127 Diner) with some friends and was talking to a girl with a FTO as Syed pulled in, with the unmistakable sound of a 20b on tick over. She turned round to me and said "that car dont sound to healthy" my reply was "sounds awesome to me" as I went walking over to ask some questions it was then that i spotted the porn beneath the hood...
I must say i felt like a little kid with my 192 Rex compared to the might of his 20b FD...

Graeme, you are right..that was my car..I have Recaro Seats...If that information helps...and yes that spoiler belongs to my car..Thanks for praising the spoiler..I love it myself...I bought this car with the spoiler when I imported it.

Yes I do have pics of every thing..the engine frame was purposely built and the mounts used for solid engine mounts..Pip was against a solid Engine mounts..but I have a drag Suspension (Ohlin suspension) so solid engine mounts are ideal..

Two really good engine bay shots, Can you not fit the strut brace under the boonet withh the 20B in there?
and if you think the fuel bill is bad on a 20B then just think the cost of a 26B!! but first there would be the cost of the eshaft!! all custom made three piece shaft, then the 4 x PP housings!

You must get the 20B done first. Who have you got in touch with about the eshaft? Pulse performance? Last time I saw they were asking huge amounts for the eshaft, let alone the rest of the engine.
I know Most people say you should go to the southern hemisphere when looking at 26B but there are people in this country that know what they are doing.

Well I have beaten my most hated car, "The Skyline R34 GTR, 830BHP tuned"-beating that car was like wining a most important race of my life.... I have also beaten a "proper" Sports Motorbike
(off course the race was ruled on rolling road)-laeeq was witness to one race on 7 of 7th...Laeeq, if you think wat I am saying is right, please explain the circumstances and the race.. I don\'t wanna explain it..loll
I have also won best engine bay award at the Ace Cafe\' (check Fast Car magzine) as my car was "running properly" and proved her point
I have also won a Japmad Monthly meet award for having a good looking and fast FD..Anton please comment as why I won that award, was it not running properly?? or was it a junk lolll..!!!!

Japmad was canceled way back in the summer as the guy running the A127 Diner was getting the arse with people parking in his car park and not buying enough stuff from him lol.
The MissBanzai Gals and Guys have started putting on another Jap car meet in the same night (first Friday of the month) a little further down, Its pretty laid back and a fun meet, i am sure it would be good to have you along.

yes Blitz, I did have it on the strip, my best time was 11.86 with street tyres!! I never had traction in all fourth gears and one of brettmrc video on you tube is evidence to that.. If I had semi/full slicks and abit more traction I serously think that I would have touched lower 10ss... I love 20bs they sound like a motorbikes. Loll. But 4 rotor is goin to b awsome..

That is a good time for street tyres, what terminal speed did you hit, I can work what quarter mile you would have got if you had full traction?

Finally, I have listened to the people and not my heart. Hence, I have delayed the new project. My 20b has been trailed away to Pip yesterday for a Motec ECU.
After lengthy discussion, Pip and I came to the conclusion that we will map the car to 12 PSI (or may be a Bar) and hoping to get around 750BHP "RELIABLE-DAILY DRIVER".
Recently, Pip build a Blue 20b which had GT42 Turbo. That 20b FD produced 609BHP at only 0.9 Bar... WOWWW. Whilst mapping that Car, Motec mappers attended his garage and created quite a few new maps for rotaries.
We will be using M84 MOTEC ECU with a brand new wiring loom and we will also enable few set ups on the ECU....So lets hope that we get to where we want to be!! :)

Hopefully soon! It\'s just Pip who is very conservative when it comes to pushing boundaries as He says (and I agree) that up untill I m confident about the car, I won\'t go beyond what I think is not safe!! Which offcourse makes sense!
We still got long to go, but can\'t go as other modes on the car needs to b upgrade like you said gearbox! I got myself a gearbox but pip is not happy with it so we are thinking of other options!!

The Motec ECUs are very good, just mapped a M800 for someone for their rotary very good resolution and features, produced good power it wheel span the dyno lol
good job Pip has a hub dyno for your 20B, I remembered one of Ross\'s cars even over powering Pips dyno once lol

Cheers for that Blitz! I know motec is good! I love m800s but M84 has certain features that are very attractive! But eventually I will go for m800!! I just want to use m84 to see what it is capable of! Before jumping on to m800!
