i have taken my fan dial console console out to try and do a rub down and respray , anyone have any recommendations or are there any old threads on this subject ?

don\'t put it in the oven...
done mine last weekend, be careful with paint reactions. i had to remove the original \'black\' top coat with thinners then re flat the surface with 800 grit paper. Took me bloody ages, doin the doors this weekend :)
