trying to log into shop to purchase memebership and says my email isnt recognised am i doing something wrong ? using my forum log in is that the problem ???????

Hi batman,

As Lisa says, it should be better going through the forum to renew the membership.

If however it is the shop that you\'re really after, then if you\'ve used the shop before then it will be the same details that you used then. Unfortunately they are not the same as the forum.

You may have to find an old email from the shop to recall what you set up, or create a new account.
