ok it may well have had a rebuild but its still alot of bucks concidering its condition imo.  also bare in mind. the chassis has done 102k miles or what ever it was so suspension and bushes prob ropey as hell.

personally i`d be lookin for a lower chassis mileage rex than this.. or knock him down on the price  :-)

I agree completely. I\'d ask him to T&T it before I bought and even then I wouldn\'t be paying anywhere near asking price. £3k sound fair? I\'ve read somewhere on here that someone is offering resprays for £500, failing that I\'d look at a vinyl wrap.

Looks clean, got any more pics and a complete spec list? Mileage? Rebuild or original engine? Rough cost to convert to manual?

Love \'em in black.

Bargain!! I\'m probably being strange / or old (again) but i really like the autobox cars, i\'d certainly have a look at this car for this money. It\'d be similar money to a decent paint job to convert it if a manual is the be all for you and at least you could enjoy the car for now.......i couldn\'t see myself driving around in a pink/red/white car regardless of what box it had :driving
Dave.

agreed with liking the auto thing. my only concern. is mpg. how much worse is a rex in auto over manual. or is it nothing much difference??

I never noticed any real difference as they are both ..... on fuel!! I\'d much prefer a nice looking auto with a single and an Apexi to manual with no paint but that\'s only my personal opinion. As with all cars i\'d have a look and make up my own mind :Thumbs-up
Dave.
