I knew i\'d seen this for sale in UK,also still available from Mazda at a slightly higher price.
Genuine new Mazda FB rear valence £37.13 inc vat from Rotaryart.

Very well spotted and remembered Stu. Slightly cheaper without delivery but hey I don\'t care, at least I\'ve got one now. Thanks anyway.:Thumbs-up
That looks better cliff, much easier & faster than trying to fix up a seriously rusted rear valence.
It\'s only a couple of quid difference btw mazda & rotaryart, but you can collect yourself from your local mazda dealer,so total cost probably cheaper at mazda.
It was bugging me where else i\'d seen the rear valence, both sources will be useful in future to peeps doing a resto.
How long did it take to get old valence off & fit new valence?
ta stu..

Sorry Stu, this has just been placed to check the size and shape for correctness. Won\'t start this probably until spring as I have a fair amount of prepping and treatment to do underneath first. In saying this, I don\'t think it will take more than 2 hrs of careful removal.Cliff
Ah yep, i see now i\'ve blown up the pic.
Looks like a perfect fit, must say everything you do is done to perfection.
It would be good to find out if sills are still available, another area that frequently rots.
ta stu..
I like things right Stu and apart from which, Goldie is for my best mate (She who must be Obeyed) so it has got to be safe too. Also if ever I were to sell on at a later date (hmmmmmm don\'t think this is likely to happen though), at least I\'d know there would be nothing that could come back to me.

I\'ll ask my new found friends at the Mazda dealership to try and find out - as you say Stu, it might be useful to know for the future.
That would be good cliff.
Did see new sills in OZ but £100 each plus shipping!
Also in 2009 a Fb was being sold with new sills, emailed owner to see where he got them & how much, but no reply.

I submitted a list of parts I\'m interested in to Mazda yesterday - might have an answer early next week and perhaps then we\'ll know for sure.Cliff
