Bloody snow! I hate this weather!!!
Maybe he has bad dandruff!
Ian you could have the picture of the Elford made into a Christmas postcard! Agree though this weather isn\'t ideal for making any progress whatsoever.
Like the Presidential Style Satellite Dish on the boot of the Jag Ian...
Cheat Pic of my snow last Jan....It\'s only a bit less this morning. Got absolutely blasted walking home from local club last night... walked down at 9.00pm, dry and clear, came out 11.30pm (3 parts pixxed) and \'wohay....whats this lot\'!

Yeh, and better intelligence has flown into and out of the bird bath as well, particularly when dubbyah was \'in office\'.
It\'s only just started wafting down a few gentle flakes here on the Sussex Riviera lol, but it\'s been absolutely taters for days. It was -2 driving home from work across the downs last night at 1 am :( Brrrr

Mmmmmm.....Berluti Shop is just round the corner Brett. Harriet St? Super nice quality shoes in there (but no good for the snow).
Well last night it dropped another foot on us in South Yorks. About 15 inches now and more coming we\'re told. All the street is at home today, papers got here but no post and no milkman, though there\'s time for Bob the milk yet.

over a foot now in North Kent
Damn, thats some good snow!
Nothing like that anywhere around the west midlands. We had it about that deep last year, especially on top of the Malverns, got some great sledging in. Even built an igloo big enough for 6 of us to sit in and get drunk!
This was work last night .....

Spent a lot of time going very very slowly or dead stop and wondering how long before the train froze to the rails :( Getting back from Bedford at 4 am meant weapons-grade driving skills and a frontiersman\'s ability to overcome the elements :D Even then I got back with a set of motors blown up on the unit due to overflashing from the spinning :o She got us home though, which is more than I can say for a lot of the trains we passed, when I got to Gatwick Airport there was a Gatwick Express failed right across the junction just off the platform, still full of passngers but totally dead in the water, no lights.... presumably no heat either. South of the station was one of our trains that had failed...so they\'d sent another one to couple up and drag it out the way....and that failed too :rollin Never been so glad to finish work or too see Brighton as getting back at 7 this morning
Spent half an hour sat trying to get into Redhill because two trains had falied in one platform and the other platform had a train in with no guard cos he was stuck on a different train, so it couldn\'t run :Hammer

When one goes past on another line it\'s pretty impressive, not that you can tell from this rubbish phone pic, but this is an Alpha blatting by at ~80 with all his shoe gear arcing and flashing and a huge cloud of snow being blown up around

Looks like the Sussex Puma has a blue tongue Nik.:D
That\'s the magic key for his cyber catflap lol. It only opens for our cats with their magic keys and stops the neighbourhood roughs coming in and peeing all over stuff!
Aah that makes sense, I thought he\'d been eating too many icicles!
Good snowman skills anyhow.:Santa

The line you can see on the side of the snow? That\'s the seam line on the roof, not the top of the door...
Blimey-those last two posts put Dorset\'s effort to shame!
Well, the snow has more or less gone but we\'re hardly basking in a heat wave. This was the temperature in the garage this morning when I left for work at 4:30 am  Water temp top, air second :( Bit lairy on the old commute today

Doesn\'t show big chip in rear wheel buckling it :(
Shaun
Are you going to put the full set of 4 standards from Rossendale on it Shaun?
Whilst you seek out a replacement special wheel maybe?
Just the rears. Will order one direct from team dynamics if I can and swap the tyre over. Doesn\'t look like its killed the tyre, just the rim. Trying not to use it till I can get the wheels off Kris.
Shaun
Hows the FB handle the snow Shaun?
The mx5 is lovely and balanced. Really easy to catch it if the tail steps out and looses grip nice and equally front and rear, unless provoked! But with it being low, with that equal weight balance and me running t1rs its just got very little physical grip.
I also found that as my EGI 13b has the throttle body mods in combination with my megasquirt map, its a bit lumpy on power delivery below 2k, which is a little frustrating in the snow! Doesn\'t like to chug along at idle, like I could with the old piston engine in snow.
It\'s usually quite good but 2in of snow and 45lb of bowling balls in the boot didn\'t help. It kept pulling into the curb on the way home after the ding but there had been no snow cleared at the time.
Last year I didn\'t have a problem. Just a daft thing really that I couldn\'t catch in time.
Will probably stick some winter tyres on the s3 rims and use them till spring.
Shaun
