Tell me if I\'m wrong guys but I thought the idea of a Glass sunroof was/is that it is supposed to be all glass! The one I purchased recently is full glass so why does this one have a steel surround ?? Could it be that it has been an after market fabricated item or just me not knowing my stuff - I am a man after all and according to the \'girls\' we never get it right.

Looking at it again, could be my prognosis is wrong and I might be talking through my lower mouth but it just doesn\'t look right around the edging - might just be dirty I suppose or need my eyes testing at the least.

I think you\'re right CHC, it looks in very poor condition, really not worth bidding on you guys, yeah..don\'t bother bidding on it, you know you don\'t really want it, who would want a nice glass sunroof anyway? I mean...look outside at the frost and snow and stuff...

right, that\'s put everyone off...now...back to ebay :chat

looks like a typical glass roof to me.... the grey bit around the outside is just the black bit on the glass that needs cleaning up.
Doesn\'t look like anything a bit of  cleaner wouldn\'t put right

Okay its not April 1st but it must be an optical illusion to me them.  I magnified it x400 and it looks as though there\'s a recess around where the inner seal is - ye it could just be dirt & dust, also my guides are plastic not steel, so no rust at all.  I was considering bidding for Goldie.

it does look as if there\'s a recess in the photo  but it\'s an optical illusion. Its just where the rubber sunroof seal has marked the underside of the glass where the black border is.
The biggest problem with glass panels is usually rusty hardware holding the guides and latch in place which then mark the glass.

That\'s it guys, its official - I\'m talking through my ****, I am wrong (what a pratt eh).
Yes have just taken a photo of my own and it looks the same - so my apology for opening my mouth before disengaging brain, duhhhh!
