Quote from: tommo-r;726875Just wondering if anybody uses touge distribution on here?
Im asking because my order is taking so long .
ordered some project mu brakes for my rx over 6 weeks ago, still have not even got a tracking number or anything yet.
i was gonna buy more stuff but not now.
Ive ordered loads of stuff before from japan before with no problems, from companys like rhd japan, and new era parts and allways get the parts within 3 weeks or so.
anyone else here using touge?
thanks .
Hi,
Would it not have been more appropriate to email/IM/post in our section rather than on here with half stories and suggestive comments?
Comparing one order with one company with another order for completely different parts/brands is not really fair is it? We\'ve had customers willing to wait 3 months for rare aero parts with no complaints and the next customer orders a seat rail and moans after 2 days that the part hasn\'t arrived yet.:3Confused
Forums make or break web businesses especially in this industry which is shrinking by the day with the amount of blatant counterfeit and cheap arse copies causing companies in Japan to scale down which does, unfortunately, include stock on the shelves.
Anyway, if you had emailed you would have got a reply within 24 hours as Matt has suggested (thanks for that btw Matt).
If you had ordered a set of Work XD9s, Endless pads, Bride rails etc we would have dispatched within 48 hours. Unfortunately we don\'t/cannot stock 30,000 products. We are the mercy of suppliers to supply parts in a timely manner. Some suppliers are very very fast. Unfortunately, others are not.
Each product on the site is tagged with a normal lead time from manufacturers. Most items are dispatched within 10 days.
The good news is your order has been packed and invoiced and will get booked in with Japan Post tomorrow:)
Hope this clears things up..
