Assuming you have a 3rd Gen FD3s RX7

All depends on the porting , on stock ports on 13B REW no point in reving it past 8300 rpm.

You want to go past 9000 rpm you have to have decent porting plus clearanced Rotors to keep it safe and to develop the power, past 9500 rpm get the whole rotating assembly balanced including clutch and flywheel

Also to develop power past 8300rpm you need to have decent sized Turbo, the stock twins wont cut it.

Also you need a good ECU eg Apexi ECU and a good tuner to map for the higher rev cells, what turbo you have?

as far as im aware its a blitz t04 single turbo, i will also be getting an apei ecu as its got a pan speed which is why i think my car died, going to get it proted whenits stipped, are clearanced rotors a complete relpace ment?

you need a bigger turbo if you want to develop power past 8300
Like a GT42 type turbo.
You can get your existing Rotors clearanced by a good engine builder\\machine shop that has experiance with rotary engines. Or you can by 99 spec Rotors like I have that have been clearanced by the Factory, but that costs a lot money now due to the rubbish exchange rate.

WGT,Reworx,Oldone,Dragon etc etc all can get your Rotors clearanced and rotating assemble balanced

Depends on your power goal, what bhp are you aiming for?

even up to 530 bhp you dont need clearenced rotors or a higher rpm limit.

Up to 8300 rpm is enough to produce that power. The key is good porting and a decent turbo and a good tune. T78,T04R,T04Z,GT40,T70 are the turbos of choice for that power level

For what its worth i\'m on standard internals (seals, rotors, etc) with a rev limit of 8100rpm.

mmmmmm, noisy + flames + bangs + pops = fun!!
