don\'t want to hijack the Steves and Cliffs  threads.... so put this here.
Looking at the guys cars, I\'ve been thinking that the gold really is a nice retro colour...
Very rare too...
Here are some others that are still around...

A71 EPD     now exported to Ireland....

I have to say in the photos I\'m not keen on the gold, but in the flesh I like it much more.

That pistonheads advertised one looks a bit clean!

I love the S2 13" wheels, they look great with a refurb.

Agree there Keith, the ones in Pistonhead advert look exceptionally good.

And I\'ve only got 2 other Goldie Series 2\'s:-

NEV, which we all know and love; also a car in the Lancashire Area that sold for about £550 around April 2009. It was on Car and Classics but unfortunately no Reg. with the Ad.
That\'s only 6 Maya Golds.

I\'ve found it to be a real marmite colour, I love it but then I would! Although a young lad made a comment a couple of months back which made me laugh-he said "thats a nice brown lamborghini." Wasn\'t sure how to take that-kinda gave with one hand and took with the other.

I\'ll post a few photos of A691 TYY before re-storation.
Yes I know this is supposed to be a thread for Gold cars not Grey & Gold but I\'m sure a exception can be made for this one - please!
