really ???? :o
This bloke is a proper clown :Hammer:Hammer:Hammer
I feel embarrassed every time she opens her mouth :rollin:rollin:rollin
Why mate? Wats he said now? I was gonna put up a post next week in regards to the haye v harrison fight (come on david haye by the way). i hope david skools him proper.
He\'s just a joke mate, i cant believe the rubbish that comes out the girl\'s mouth, does he not realise he is just rubbish at boxing and only got the fight as there is no one apart from the 2 brothers to fight :o
Really cannot stand the guy hope he gets sparked in the first round and disappears into a very large hole :wave
Also on Sky they had the nerve to ask Tyson if he would beat Haye :Hammer first round ko :Nono!
Its funny Audley won the Olympics in 2000, Lennox Lewis was at his peak for the early part 2000 decade, he had 4 years to get fights under his belt go in with Lewis.
Audley knew he never had the skills or the chin to go in with Lewis.
I liked Audley intially when he won the Gold medal, but then his ego got the better of him, he should have worked harder in the gym instead of partying all the time, saw him in the London clubs several times in the early noughties, does not show much dedication.
You have to live and breathe the boxing gym to get anywhere.
Haye to win in the 5th
i would even suggest less than the fifth, for me the 3rd round will not come :Nono!
I think in the past my boxing predictions have been better then yours Gurj lol
Haye Harrison is only happening to guarantee both fighters a pay day and Haye a defence of his title before Haye fights the Klitschkos.
Quote from: BlitzBoy;725140I think in the past my boxing predictions have been better then yours Gurj lol
QUIET YOU :Nono!
I cant wait for the fight, Haye will easily win, 4-5th round is my prediction. Now way will Ordinary Harrison fight well enough to take on Haye, he\'s not got the hand speed or intelligence to equal let alone beat Haye.
I just saw the Haye/Valuev fight for the first time!
I am no boxer, but what an absolute load of rubbish!
Bring back the glory days of Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Tyson, Hollyfield etc
I certainly wouldnt pay £15 to watch either of the above!

Why was that rubbish?
David Haye fought the perfect fight......he was never ever going to knock Valuev out (although he almost did in the 12th).
So he decided to get in and out, hit and move, hit and move.
If he got into a close body brawl, Valuev would have probably knocked him clean out, or worn himself out completely grappling with someone 6-7 stone heavier and leaning all over him for 12 rounds!
Boxing isnt just about getting into a ruck in the ring.
I like Haye, he certainly believes his own hype but some of the things he comes out with are legendary. Heres a few nuggets....
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/9164899.stm
I especially like "whats the point of giving a man an axe if he\'s too scared to use it"
Sums Harrison up, just too gun shy and scared of getting hurt.
I am a Haye fan, he\'s an intelligent, witty, stylish heavyweight.....exactly what that class needs now.
As soon as he\'s finished of Harrison, we really need to see him against one of the Kitschko\'s, otherwise, this will be hanging over him and the sceptics / critics will be on his back.
Off topic, but we do have a British Heavyweight fighting one of the Klitschko\'s next mont.....Derek Chisora.....a proper "heavyweight" with a mad / bad attitude.
He fights one, and if he wins, he will get to fight the other!
Watch what he does at 2:30 in the staredown agains one competitor....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIp-NjaRUoY (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIp-NjaRUoY)
He reminds me of Herbie Hyde (remember him).....completely f**king mental.
He\'s definately my favourite heavyweight-a welcome change from the lumbering brutes that are around. I\'m more of a fan of the lighter weights but will be tuning into this for sure.
Chisora\'s just a nutcase haha...

That was more of a tactical fight, he had to jab and move to get KO\'d, i think if Haye had gone for him quicker he may well have KO\'d the bloke
I see Derek Chisora was spared Jail yesterday, instead he got a 12 week suspended sentence over an attack on his ex girlfriend.
Haha, what a pratt.
Derek is mental, his girlfriend should have been more carefull if she is getting naughty texts from another man you are playing with fire with a guy that mental.
I think he may have a chance to drop some bombs on Klitschko , he has very powerful short punches when he demolished Williams and Carl Baker. His title shot has come a bit early would like to see him fight a few more international opponents before taking on a World Championship fight. But he does have a real chance and I think Wlad may be taking him to lightly.
Blitz, i think Derek does have talent.....he\'s a proper bruiser / slugger......however, his Danny WIlliams fight was a farce to be fair.....Danny Williams was obviously there for one last pay cheque, and just gave up!
He gave up about 30 seconds into the fight....i cant recall him throwing a punch after those first 30 secs.
Oh yes I agree Danny was a passenger in that fight, but i was just looking at Dereks punching power, some real quick powerful hands, reminded me of Tysons short punches.
Hopefully he is working hard in the gym, as he will need his fitness against Wlad
Yeah, definitely agree, he needs to get his endurance up......Wlad a big BIG guy, and he leans all over anyone he fights, and that will wear Derek out if he\'s not careful.
Did you see Derek v Sam Sexton? Good job the ref stepped in, Sam didnt know what time of day it was.....Derek was holding him while he just continually hitting him.
No I might try and see if I can find it on Youtube. Derek defo has a desire to hurt people unlike Audley he looks scared as if he still fighting by amateur rules and does not like the brutal aspect of the professional sport
got the bloody flu = not winner today

It was rubbish because it was boring as hell and if Valuev had just stood there you would have had a stalemate!
You seem to like putting words into my mouth, i never said it needed to be a ruck and guess Haye did what he needed to do but imho as a non boxer i wouldnt have been surprised to have seen Haye lose that fight on points as the only round he shone was the last!
ehhh wrong thread Gurj, this is a boxing thread YOU started hahahahahaha
Quote from: BlitzBoy;726187ehhh wrong thread Gurj, this is a boxing thread YOU started hahahahahaha
ha ha i know, realised after i posted then thought sod it :o:o:o
the haye vs valuev fight was terrible!
this haye vs harrison will be a boring two egos not wanting to get hurt just like when ordinary fought williams there was loads of good banter before the fight with them bothy slagging each other to bits then when it came to it none of them went for it i was glad i was in the pub and didnt pay to watch it and can still remember the crowd booing the pair during the rounds
as far as chisora i say fair play to him at least he has the balls to step up for a title shot unlike the above
Was watching "behind the ropes" last night regarding this fight, there is nothing i have seen from Audrey that suggests this is gonna last more than 2 rounds :Giggle:Giggle:Giggle
I suppose the funny thing is that if Haye fought Tyson at his peak it would probably last no more than 2 rounds either, such is the state of HW boxing :god
i see that too gurj.....audley seems to be just concentrating on using his mouth for the camera.....ala Ali, however, Audley has 1% of thetalent Ali had so how can he possible think he can mimmic such a great.
was surprised to hear about the weight of audley ( 18 stone ish ) compared to haye\'s ( 15 odd! )
still, am sure audley will have his ass handed to him..... :Giggle
Haye is gonna be fast at that weight, some stinging punches with enough weight behind them, most of the power you derive from a punch is the actual speed of it being thrown, any punch from a fighter weighing more then 14 stone is enough to put anyman down when connecting correctly to any chin no matter how heavy the opponent is.
Audley is just to heavy at that weight to deal with the speed and get his own movement working

Plus the fact of lugging 3 stone of extra weight around will mean he will tire much quicker than Haye no matter how much conditioning he has done, and looking at the pics Harrison is no where near Haye in terms fitness levels. Still he has a punchs chance so dont write Harrison off too easily, but for me it\'s gonna be Haye in the 4th/5th.
Was surprised that Haye came in at 15st, was expecting about 15st 10 or so.
Then again when Tyson hammered all comers he was 15st 11 :evillaugh
Quite funny what is now considered a heavyweight, even i weigh 16st 10
Rocky Marciano was tiny compared to modern heavyweights aswell.
Quote from: Dan Norton;726383Rocky Marciano was tiny compared to modern heavyweights aswell.
yip so true, back in the old days anybody over 14 stone or 200 pounds was considered a Heavyweight, there was no such thing as a cruiserweight in the past. I Think good boxers in the 15 to 16 stone range are deadly as you have speed, mobility and the power, 17 stone you start seeing the slowness creep in.
Interesting fact, Ali is the same height as Haye at 6ft 3inches and his weight varied from 186 pounds to 236 pounds at the end
haye is over 6ft whenever i see him on tv i swear he onlt looks 5\'8"ish still the fight is going to be pants and long drawn out like haye vs valeuv and fraudly v williams
this is afterall a fight from two people who promised so much:
fraudlry with his gold medal getting dfropped by bbc a year later and haye who tried to taunt the klitschkos with tops of him holding the beheaded heads of both brothers
the fight will go the distance with both boxers not wanting to get hurt or at worst ref stopping the match which happens too much these days and why alot of people turn to mma due to the fact more action/less interference long gone is the good old days of boxers slugging it out till one boxer is left standing
it seems all to be about protecting the fighter to increase revenue for the promoter hence amir kahn who was protected all along thern got hammered by a no one (bredis prescot) who no one gave a chance to in under 2 mins and is always fighting fighters on they way to retirement or coming out of retirement for a final fight
its a sad fact that british boxing has gone that way
That is not just british boxing fella, all decent amateurs are kept away from dangerous opponents to maximise the revenue for the promoters.
The biggest example of trying to keep their payments high are MAYWEATHER and PACMAN as the loser will end up with a huge loss in future revenue, they can argue all they want but in truth none of those two\'s promoters will want the fight to happen.
If you look at the record of Naseem Hamed he virtually fought nobody until totally outclassed by Barrera, all of his opponents were either poor or over the hill. Hence why Khan beat Barrera who was already retired and way past his best - its laughable that Khan wants to fight Mayweather, that would be a serious one sided beating.
Audrey is a joke, fight wont last more than 2 rounds :King
Ok,
Predictions for tonight then, add yours....
1.) Dan.....Audley knocked out rd4
2.) Gurj.....Audley knocked out rd2
Anyone watch the first undercard fight?
George Groves v Kenny Anderson.........wow, young Geore came back from the brink to turn it around.....that kenny Anderson was rock hard!
Hate to say I told you so, the guy is a joke! 1 punch?
Me, my bro and my dad, sat there in hysterics at that first round....."shuffle, twitch, shuffle, twitch" ROFL!!!
The only reason Haye left it to the 3rd was becuase he had put a load of money on himself for that round! HAHA.
I just cant believe how bad Audley is......i was screaming "just throw a f**king punch!
I shall now sit back and revert you all to my original first post :King:King:King
Man his left was so quick i never saw it, when his left hits Haye its gonna be all over - JOKER
Go back to the US and never return :wave
Glad I paid for that crap
that wasnt a fight. pos
I just dont get it.....i was saying to my dad earlier, surely he cant be that bad in training / sparring....otherwise the trainers would say "just give up Audley".
Its quite clear he cant cope under the spotlight on fight night.
The walk up to the ring.......the slowest walk ever, to Phil Collins slowest ever song.....he looked like he was going to break down during the walk in.

I have read on 606 sport that Haye nodded at Fraudley before beginning his assault in the 3rd - does this perhaps expose a fix of sorts where as a last fight Audrey gets a nice pay day of £1.2m to fight his old "mate" who he has no chance of beating. And they agree to do while the pretend feud gains high ticket and PPV sales ????? :Laugh
Something to consider, esp after the end of the fight Haye went over to talk to the girl, if he really hated him he would have just laughed at him :Hammer
Funny you should mention that Gurj, i said last night....look at what Haye does before the onslaught.
Quote from: Dan Norton;726791Funny you should mention that Gurj, i said last night....look at what Haye does before the onslaught.
Dodgy you think ??? :Giggle
Ive just watched it on slo mo again......now, he does look like he nods to say "im gonna hammer you now, and you are going down", but when you see it from the other angle, it looks like David is "feinting" a shot......so maybe it was / maybe it wasnt fixed.
David hasnt helped the situation by saying he had all his own money on round three.....people are going to start asking questions, especially when you see tell tale signs on slo mo.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
he deffo should not have said about betting on round three as that means that legitimate bets were never gonna win other than those on round three.
I thought to myself, "keep your mouth shut fool" :p
Boxers in the 70s always use dto predict a round they were going to win publicy, so nothing new.
Audley got proper smashed, he took so many hurtful shots to the face. And if it was fixed dont you think Audley and Haye would at least make sure Audly throw some punches in the previous rounds to make it look good for the public. Cmon guys I hate these silly consiprancy theories its ........ lol
Audly did his typical scared to throw punches show like all his previous bouts, lets face it he hates fighting where Haye luvs to get in there and mix it up
As much as the fight was a farce I dont think there is anything wrong with haye betting on himself, he went in there to win so he believed he was going ot win, so why not bet on himself. It\'s when boxer bet on the other boxer that people should be shout fix.
I dont blame haye for waiting till the 3rd if he had money on that round for a knock out, he could have dropped him anytime so why loose out on some serious money (plus the purse).
love how he is on the news back peddling and saying how he personally did not have any money on it (yeah right, and Audley is a heavy weight contender too i suppose?)
I think with the "whats really gone on" stuff has come about because it was so easy for David Haye to call which round he was going to deck him.
People outside the boxing world who maybe tuned in thought "this must be fixed" on the back of Audley doing NOTHING.........but actually Audley is just THAT BAD!
Hopefully the Kiltzcho Brothers will have to offer a better deal to Haye, they need Haye more then he needs them, apparently they wanted more of the fight purse (more then 50:50) originally.
Quote from: BlitzBoy;726919Hopefully the Kiltzcho Brothers will have to offer a better deal to Haye, they need Haye more then he needs them, apparently they wanted more of the fight purse (more then 50:50) originally.
You see, i dont agree with that dood.
I think Haye needs them, not the other way round.
As much as i really like David Haye, he will always have this monkey on his back until he fights one of them.
Lets face it, he\'s going to make a rather large sum of money from the fight anyway, but regardless, if i was David Haye, i\'d just want to be world heavyweight champ unified, regardless whether i got 500k or 500 million.
Also, what happens if Derek Chisora pulls one out the bag.....te next fight is Haye v Chisora.....no-one really wants to see that.
Do you reckon i could get a bout with Audrey ???
Having watched him struggle to beat amateurs in the prize fighter thingy i bet i could beat the fool, esp if he aint throwing no punches :rollin:rollin:rollin
Haye walking into a betting shop. "Hi id like to put 1 million on myself to win in round 3"
You cant even freaking dream of making it up but yes the A Force has decided to FIGHT ON
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/9247061.stm
Or should that be he has decided to START to fight !
discuss
I\'ll fight him for free :rollin:rollin:rollin
At least i know i got 2 rounds before he decides to throw a punch :2Rolleyes
lol if you read the article apparently the Audrey was "zoning" into Haye before the ref stopped his strategy LMAO
Quote from: BlitzBoy;731142lol if you read the article apparently the Audrey was "zoning" into Haye before the ref stopped his strategy LMAO
Seriously i will fight Audrey for free and most likely knock him out the big girl.
Some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth is so bad it should be censored as delusional fixation. If i were him i would be embarrassed to show my face in public ever again :(
I think he is seriously mentally ill especially id he can sleep at night properly after this quite
"Let the haters and negative comments continue - I don\'t really care. I know me and I can sleep at night as I\'m happy with who I am today."

I think the ref should have let Haye hit him a few more times before stopping the fight (if you could call it that), might give him a few more reasons to quit.
I think he will quit as no one will want to fight him :Hammer
The only fight he has left is Sprott Vs Audrey Harmless III
ROFL................
And i quote!
"Both styles of feinting and moving was off-setting the both of us in the first two rounds and I was just zoning in on his rhythm when he got through," said Harrison.
"I give David credit as I never expected him to hurt me as he did, but anyone could see it was a premature stoppage and I should have been allowed to carry on and ride out the rough patch, even if that meant I would have got knocked out."
Hahaha.....which fight did he think he was involved in?
