Title: Peak rpm value on PFC is low?
Post by: stylus350 on October 11, 2010, 10:08:57 PM
Hi. PFC question on an FD.

Noticed when I got home tonight that the peak reading for rpm on the commander was less than I know I used. Thinking about it I don’t think this is the first time. Now I think about some more I should have checked the peak speed recorded too.

The commander is showing the same rpm as the rev counter at idle but I have not been watching it on the move as I’m too busy keeping an eye on the heat light and the water temps and knock values until mapping (basic mods).

Any ideas why or if it will have an effect on the map/ fuelling etc.?
