Title: Question on FPRs
Post by: Bobbit on September 28, 2010, 07:06:10 PM
I\'ve got a denos fuel pump for my FD (same as a supra) and i think i need a new FPR to get the best out of it. But i\'m clueless as to what rate or ratio to get.
Cars is on twins, stock injectors, denso fuel pump (to go on and be hard wired) I\'m aming for 320-330 bhp with a PFC and remap and dont want to stress the fuel system. Can anyone advise please? :Thumbsup!

mine did 325 at the fly with an identical setup, reworx used a feed inline rising rate regulator, looked like the stock one but with a bolt out the top. I\'ve actually taken it out as i\'ve got an aftermarket rail with 1600s now, you can have it for a few quid p&p if its any use?

the fpr cam efrom reworx in the first place so i\'m sure they will know what to do with it. Do you want the rail and injectors (in which case £25 posted) or just the fpr (say £5, providing i can get it off the rail ok), and do you want any other rails or injcetors, i\'ve got two whole spare rail sets and one set of cleaned and flowed 2x550s and 2x850s too if you need them.
whats your email, sinc ei can\'t pm you?

You will need a rising rate FPR preferably with a pressure gauge, look at the gauge operating at around 34 to 38lbs on tick over
