Title: fc datalogit
Post by: Grant Monkhouse on August 25, 2010, 07:29:24 PM
just a simple question. If i plug my new fc datalogit in to my car to have a look at all the read outs and stuff, will it do anything to the map on my car? i.e, wipe the current map?

Dont want to start learnig how to map on my car with the setup it has, so wiping it would be a disaster.

going to be learning how to map on my bros car as it is prety much standard.

thanks in advance

simple answer is no. Any changes you make to the map dont take effect until you press the write button.

If you put the cd you got with the dataloggit in your computer the manual is on there and explains everything:Thumbsup!
