spoke to carl at haywood and thats what he said, my co is just over 8% and he said thats about right. adding about 10ltrs ethanol or e85(85%ethanol)to half a tank would get my co down to a pass level. have just got some ethanol on the way and will post as soon as i know the results. yes you have to go straight back to your normal petrol. i intend to top up the tank as soon as been for mot if i pass. jon.

the works, de-cat, no air pump, bigger injectors and a new built engine that needs tuning.managed ok before re-build as i just tweeked the pim settings for the mot and put them back after but with the new engine needing a proper tune it doesent work. this is a bit last chance before i have to have a proper mapping which i dont want until i have run in. jon.

you can run a rex on E85 Tim at RX motors has been doing so for ages! The problem is the fuel tank, Ethanol eats its way through the tank after time. Tim replaced his with a non-metalic tank and it\'s fine, get loads more power, but fuel economy drops.

spoke to morrisons and it seems they are having trouble as sales are so low. the company that started to supply them no longer sells it at all and unless you want to order 30,000ltrs it is hard work finding anywhere that will ship, thats why i have ended up  importing 10ltrs...
